-5☆ I dropped off an important piece of mail containing very personal information into the outside mail box on July 22nd and it never arrived at the destination, DMV!!. And when I call during business hours no one answers. This has caused quite the issues with my vehicle and I can't drive now.. I wish I could get some help with this.

Clerk, Jo Ann is very rude every time I go in there to take care of business. I don't like to be made out to feel dumb for something I am unaware of. Instead of explaining correct post office procedures or being helpful and suggesting other options, she just says NO after everything I ask or answers back with an attitude like she is judging you. Very unprofessional. I am not impressed.

Just 3 miles from Redding. Shasta Post Office is in the Heart of Old Shasta. Great quick service with a smile and the clerks always go the extra mile to assist.

The blonde postmaster that works there has shared my personal information with a family member of mine that had no authorization to collect said information. This same woman had bad mouthed me on several occasions to the same family member.
