Avoid this vet if you can. You cannot go into the room with your pet and the place is highly understaffed. I had no problems with the techs or receptionist but the vet is horrible. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he isn't intentionally screwing his clients - he's just purely incompetent. Every time he speaks to me he has the wrong dosage for my pet's medicines. Could not manage to get blood from my finicky cat without sedating him (4 other vet clinics have never done this). Told me to give a sedative to my cat before the visit then scolded me for doing so - he was confused when I reminded him it was on his direction he did so. Now we are over a grand into care for my cat and the vet is refusing to prescribe a long term prescription for an issue that my last vet gave me a year supply for. When I try to discuss this issue with the vet he honestly makes no sense. If you care for your pet DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I had read these reviews before going.

Nice, clean place. Decently priced. The veterinarian services are limited due to the vet having had some health issues lately, no surgery services, and for a while, no medical services. We've only used them to get shots and health checkups.

Awesome people kind caring and compassionate with your four-legged family members. They are also more reasonably priced then other veterinary clinics in the area.

Our first visit. The staff was wonderful and very professional. Even my dog Bella, who can be snarly at times, was all ok within minutes. It was a bit of a long drive for us but really worth it. Great experience !!!

Th front staff was very friendly and attentive, but the doctor here has terrible communication skills, and horrible bedside manor, I was really hoping to like this place, but I will not be going back.

I had my first visit to this vet today, and it was the most transactional visit I have ever experienced. There will never be a return visit for us. And I will never recommend them to other people. First, they refused to allow me back with my dog to attend the visit and discuss my pets health with the veterinarian. Second, I waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room with my children. There was no other patients there when we got there. What took so long? When the visit was done I was called up to pay and was shocked with a bill that was 3x the amount of the previously discussed charges. I asked the lady to break down the charges for me. This is when I learned that they treated my pet WITHOUT my permission, and then demanded that I pay for this. Again, I was not told of any diagnosis nor did I give permission for any sort of treatment. I was not informed of any side effects or risks of this treatment. I wasn't warned of the price and again, I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION. They then tried to sell me 3 medications, and couldn't tell me what they were for because no vet ever discussed a diagnosis with me. I asked again to speak with the veterinarian and the desk lady acted like I was an inconvenience and told me I would need to wait (I had already been there for 2 hours waiting with children). Had I been able to be present in the appointment with my pet, this wouldn't be an issue. How do I know that my dog even saw a vet? How do I know that these injections (without my permission) were even given to my dog? I wasn't able to witness anything and I was not allowed to talk with the vet. The lady at the desk was horribly rude, had no compassion, and was mean to one of my children unprompted. She rolled her eyes at me, sighed, and had an awful attitude when I questioned the charges and treatment. She should not be working with customers. I am angry and wish I could be refunded the money for this visit, considering the way I was treated and the fact that I did NOT give permission for my dog to have any injections. This was extra money that I was not expecting to pay. I wish I never even went into this vet today. The bad Yelp reviews that this business already had should have been my first clue to not waste my money or time here. I then called towards the end of their business day to discuss these concerns again, and they wouldn't answer my call. If your customers are paying money for a visit- it is NECESSARY that they get to attend the visit with the vet and that they are treated kindly.
