There's a lady that works here that was super rude and I would NEVER recommend. Saw her yelling at some workers around the building for no reason! If I could do negative star ratings I would.

Took my dog here a few months ago to be groomed because it's close to my house. I usually take her to All Animal Grooming, but this place is closer so I thought I'd try it. This lady has a very irritated tone when she talks to you, even to make an appointment. We dropped the dog off and received a call 10 minutes later.."you didn't tell me your dog had fleas." I treat her every month for fleas, so I didn't think she had fleas. She hadn't been scratching or anything. I apologized and said I didn't realize she had fleas. Then 2 hours later, she called us and angrily told us "one of you is going to have to come down here and hold your dog so I can do her nails. You didn't tell me she doesn't let you cut her nails." Well I had never had a groomer tell me she didn't like her nails done, so I didn't know to tell her that. So my husband went down to hold her. My dog was so distressed by the time he got there that she scratched him all up trying to get away from this lady. Today we took her to All Animal Grooming and specifically asked how she did with getting her nails cut. Groomer said he had no problems doing her nails. I don't know what happened here that had my dog so distressed, but I wont be going back again.

My dog was in desperate need of a toe nail trim, so I called "precious paws" because it is close to my house. When I called to find out how much a nail trim cost she asked what kind of dog I had. I told her I have a pit bull. Her response to that was "oh I am not interested in trimming your dogs nails then." You own a dog grooming business. Since when do you discriminate against which dogs you groom? If your not going to groom all dogs and you are going to judge on a breed you should not own a business.

Paulette is THE Dog Whisperer! Our puppy can be a total freak..but for 8 years Paulette has done a wonderful job grooming him-AND teaching US too! Three more years now (2018) and still going strong. Paulette is the best!
