I was so excited I order from them all the time , and I don't know what changed or if it was the person cooking , but absolutely horrible quality today my bbq chicken pizza a large had like 10 small pieces of chicken as well as a I ordered a large chicken bacon garlic and barely any chicken on it again , completely disappointed.. along with the taste was off an the cheesy bread doesn't taste right either I don't know but I don't think I will be back

We love Pizza Factory in Shasta lake City! We ordered tonight over the phone with Olivia she was very sweet and was sure to read back my order perfectly. We got a call back from Charles about detail on our pizza and he was very professional and we appreciated the call. Gabby the manager spoke with us and assured us she packed up our order perfectly the presentation was beautiful and she was so professional. Amber our delivery driver was amazing and very sweet, she was on time and very polite. Thank you Shasta Lake Pizza Factory we love you and we will be back for more!

I first tried a Pizza Factory after officiating a high school playoff football game in Quincy around 2000. I remember thinking this was pretty good pizza for such an unassuming place. After 2010 we bought a house in Dunsmuir and visited the Pizza Factory there a few times. Same result. After moving to Shasta Lake we've been to the Pizza Factory many times, eating in, having it delivered and getting take-out. It's consistently good (I'll take consistently good over sometimes great, sometimes bleh). I've never had a burnt crust or soggy crust, never been left looking for peperoni or other toppings. One thing about the SL Pizza Factory is they are almost always busy. Call ahead if you're taking out. If they say 40 minutes, don't show up in 30. And.... they support local youth sports and programs. If they're a little slow now and again I'll cut them some slack.

I have no dined in at this pizza place... yet! But I can not wait to in the future.Love the food, love how prompt the delivery is and the friendliness of the deliveries.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly and kind to my kids.

It's always a fun time at this pizza factory! They are always willing to accommodate our group as we travel to California for softball. The food is always spot on. I love the salad bar and their pizza. This time we tried the calzone and it was really good. Kids always enjoy the games and prize machines.

Everything was good besides the pizza sauce. A little too spicy for my family. The dough was yummy, the toppings were yummy, just not a fan of the sauce.

Usually decent, nothing crazy great about the pizza but nothing bad. Was told it would be 25-30 minuets to make the food, so I showed up 30 minuets later to pick it up to find out it wasn't even in the oven yet. That along with other continuous problems when it comes to their specials and it get old quick. Check before you drive down, then if you get the order when they say they will have it done check to make sure it's right consistency is not their best feature.

The food is good. Had a pizza and some wings. Counter staff is friendly and it is clear local folks like this place because it was very crowded when I went in to pick up my online order. BUT. We placed the order online and got a response to pick it up in 25 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and waited a few minutes in line to get to the cashier to pick up my order. So now we are at about 30 minutes. Get to the counter and the girl goes over to the pizza area to check the tickets. Then over to the other prep line to check those tickets. Then to a small shelf next to it to go through some more tickets until she found mine and put it next to the others being prepared. So at the time I was supposed to pick up my order I can assume it has not even been started yet. She tells me that "it is going to be 15 or 20 minutes if that is OK". It was not OK. If I wanted to sit in a noisy and crowded pizza parlor we would have gone and ordered it there. I got a little miffed and told her I did not appreciate the additional wait and she said they had gotten busy with a large party. I see they have a back room and indeed there was a large group of people there and I have to assume the place knew this large group was coming on a Saturday night at dinner time? So I plopped down on a bench and tried not to look as pissed off as I was (I am pretty sure I failed at that). I just don't like having my time wasted. If you know it is going to take an hour say so up front and give me the chance to decide if I want to commit my hour to dealing with this nonsense. And maybe offer me a glass of water or something while I wait. Rant over.

Awesome service great pizza. A good place to bring the family and friends to sit around the table and talk and socialize while having pizza.If you are looking for a premium pizza this is the place to go.

Can't beat their prices, I can get a mug of Hexagenia IPA from Fall River Brewing for under 5 bucks, and a trip to the salad bar for 6 bucks. Everything is fresh. Employees are friendly and competent. A rarity nowadays.
