“I'm visiting family in this area for the summer. I realized, I had forgotten my medications back home and I started to panic. I started calling pharmacies around the area and no one had the medication in stock. I was losing hope when I called this pharmacy, also already annoyed. I was put on hold for a bit and the pharmacist (Ron) ended up picking it up and helping me. Unfortunately, that day they didn't have it in stock either but he offered to check if he could order it for me, and yes! That's all I wanted was to at least have it. I wasn't worried about missing a dose but I needed it for the summer here. He said he'd call my pharmacy and transfer my prescription and let me know when it will be available to be picked up. The pharmacist ended up contacting me that my prescription was ready and I got to pick it up. I greatly appreciate his proactive approach, instead of saying no he gave me a solution and helped me through the whole process. Exceptional service and I highly recommend for the outstanding care.”

“Love Costco... The convenience of dropping off my prescription while shopping is really helpful. The only this negative I have to say about this location is the round about they installed right outside the entrance of the location. WTH thought this was a good idea, they should be fired. I have seen and heard of several car accidents in the round about. That's the only complaint I have.”

Never had a bad experience with the one on Court St. I just moved to a different location in Redding and now the one on Court St is further away. But I have read the reviews on the other ones closer to me and none of them compare to the one on Court St. The longer drive is worth it”

I called the local one and they had it ready by the time I drove down there. The staff member was very charming and funny!”

“Today I had a first class experience of customer service! I had a medical device by RX which was provided to me a month shy of one year ago which failed. Now understand I build Prosthetics and Orthotics for local patients and I understand the insurance, product warranty world well. I had the pleasure of having the store manager Patti handle the situation with grace and excellence! She provided me with a replacement device with no questions asked!
