Shasta lake City McDonald's likes to get your order wrong, and when you try to fix it they get rude. And act like they will fix their mistakes but still hand you a screwed up order.... It will be a long time before I go there again. ??

They had 4 employees NOT show up for work. Both managers were working in the back. I ordered 2 McDoubles. The first one had only mayonnaise and pickles. The 2nd was correct with mustard and catsup. I worked at McDonald's 55 years ago, and we had NO mayonnaise on anything. I didn't figure out the mistake until I was 20 miles down I-5. Service was very slow, and the food was horrible.

They forgot to put my fries and sauce in my bag. Drove back over to get it, wasn't a big deal I live close. The big girl in the mask was so rude like I did something wrong. What the heck did I do? Go somewhere else and don't waste your time on their nasty food and nasty service. Grrrr.

Stopped by McDonald's in Lake Shasta during our vacation and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely stopping again if passing by on 5.

I understand that fast food restaurants get busy, but the day I ordered here, there were a lot of people doing online mobile orders and most of them were lining up where everyone picks up their food. As I was waiting for my order, staffs brought out a bag with NO receipt and NO labels on it to indicate whose order it is. Another customer took out the food out the bag, checking if it is their order. The staff was even watching him even helping him. IT WASN’T THEIRS AND IT WAS MINE. It’s gross how other customers touch your food instead of the workers. It ruined my appetite. Next time, have the staffs put the receipt with the order number on it even if it’s busy so people know it’s their order and they don’t touch other people’s food.

I'm giving 5-stars for the great customer service.Would like to see improvement on the freshness of the food and the way it comes out. I actually felt a bit weird and funny after my meal.

Gorgeous spot looking up at the mountains surrounding the valley! Says you need a code for the restrooms and that code is clearly on food receipt next to store number, it's not. Lock to bathroom that needs a code, broken. Bathroom not clean.Wait 10 minutes for a large fry.
