Worst costumer service ever, that lady should be fired! She's rude and disrespectful!! She treats people like she's doing us a favor. I thought I was the only unsatisfied costumer but no, everyone in town have had issues with her.

Kathy continues to run our post office well. She's attentive and caring. Today, she went out of her way to track down an important letter. She even called the post office in Florida, where it was lost, to make sure it got where it needed to get to. This would never happen in a big post office.
