One of the worst space numbering systems I've ever seen, I'm sure somebody went to college to figure this out and then implemented it and then got paid for it? Here's a concept ,start at one and end at your last space it's that simple. Then you have the driver take the number and tell someone physically so they know where it is?really?Just assign the number at the guard shack it's that simple

Guard shack employees are the worst. All of them. They are rude, they dont explain anything. They just hand you paper to write info on.They tell you to drop trailer in an assigned slot.99% of the time the slot has a trailer already in it.Dont understand the purpose of writing a check digit after you drop in slot, no such slot number is duplicated.Everyone there is like a mute. They Just hand you paperwork.

I applied maybe about a month ago and still haven't heard back. Since I do have experience working in a warehouse I would think to hear back but nothing. I've called back a few times to check on my application they either don't pick up or plain out tell me there's a waiting list but they don't even bother checking on the person who is calling. At this point I'm giving up it's their lost I will take my years of working and experience somewhere else.

Why too much favoritism with employees and management.management and employees have been cought having drinks in the parking lot more often than not it also seem to be come part of the management you have sleep your why to the top which means little to no training for supervisors.

The front gate gave awesome service it was the 45-minute break forced on drivers at the traffic office. Too much time to wait, with the girls laughing behind the glass, with many drivers waiting. Terrible.

I have never worked at such a dumpster fire of a job in all my life. During the summer months when it is often 100+, it is not much cooler indoors. This is by choice. The giant ceiling fans would often be off as well as the AC. A few times we were sent home due to the warehouse being 90+ inside. Everyday I would ask to turn the fans on and most of the time, they refused. They do have many water stations but the one in my dpt was broke for months during summer months while others never had any cups.During non peak seansons they start to fire people to cut labor. One day the manager of ZPRG in first shift accused many of us not showing up to shifts if they do not see you every so often. I called HR and it was proven that he was not being truthful. The unprofessional manner of management cannot be over stated. Business wise, if it was slow, we would often be sent home. They call in voluntary even though after 4 hours due to state law, it was mandatory to go home. It is advertised as full time but due to being sent home so often, I would end my week with 20 hours at times. Other times the warehouse would just shut down every Friday for weeks at a time, so you lose 8hours right their. You also cannot request any days off through out the year for any reason. If you need time off, you must call in sick. One you get 8 points, the discipline starts. At 10, they can fire you. Family member with cancer as I have had in my case? This job is a temp job at best. They also have a program for management that should they recruit and get that manager hired, the ross Mgr gets a $3k bonus. Needless to say this shuts down most opportunities should you want to advance. Think they will promote you rather than losing out on a possible 3k? This in turn breeds a friend's a family environment and extreme favoritism. Countless mgmt staff are related to each other in some way. You all have been warned.

This is a big place. The entrance is not on Zachary, you have to turn left at intersection before you get to building then first right into entrance. Get into left lane and stop in front of the open guard shack door. Stay in truck guard rotates between in and out bound lanes.Procedure is time consuming; guard gives you a load sheet that you fill out and take to shipping, drop mt trailer, swing around to shipping office, get bills then go back out to yard get your loaded trailer, proceed to outbound lane. Guard verifies your bol, and takes load sheet then you go forward he/she checks seal. Done
