4pm This spot is pretty cool. I love the butcher knife door handles very creative. You know this spot is clean by the slap ya in the face bold smell of Fabulosa and bleach. The merch, is well organized. Have you ever used walnut cold pressed oil? Mean either but you can purchase a bottle for like $22 or 32 bucks can't remember. We were greeted with smiles by butcher and cashier. They guy was very knowledgeable and courteous as I am not a thorough bbq/meat guy as he explained the meats. We purchased the Denver prime steaks and he season them. We also purchased the garlic salt butter. Very salty I would recommend a small dollop on your steak, very small. 4 steaks and roll of garlic butter salt cost was about $58 bucks. Not bad at all. Steaks were delicious. I would have posted a picture, but they were to good to look at vs eat them. Highly recommend.

Stop at this place on my way home got 2lb of waggu ranchera got a small piece of waggu the rest was $10 dollar ranchera and paid 75 for 2lb of regular ranchera gave them the benefit of the doubt me thinking everyone makes mistakes..but stopped by again bought 1.5 lb of waggu for $50 and 2lb of diezmio for 6.99lb so they boxed and marinated in the same box and they grave a little bit under half lb of waggu the rest was ranchera … they have good meat got nothing against that you guys just be careful don’t get burnt like I did waggu and ranchera two different meats .. I will never buy meat here again go to carneceria Gonzales for your waggu

Such a great place. So clean and the service is great. Affordable, with a really good selection of spices, rubs, and the meat was Fantastic! Try their Salsa Verde and Spanish rice too. We are definitely going to keep shopping here!!

New favorite spot! I have been by a number of times in the last few months and the service has been consistent. The staff is friendly and attentive. The price and quality of the meat is worth the drive from NW Bakersfield. I would also have to recommend the chile verde mac & cheese it is on point!

I have always received exceptional service at La Carne. The meats are top quality and they have items of every price range. Usually I pick up there items that are already prepared so all I have to do is through it on the grill or flat top when I get home. I saw recently that they have chili verde Mac n Cheese. I going to have to give it a try.
