“Service is wonderful, I feel bad for the workers as they have to deal with a woman outburst just because she couldn't get off the car herself instead of sending their teenager to get their items. Poor worker was on her break, as many jobs you do not work on your breaks or lunches, the worker was kind enough to assist the teenager and tell them what aisle but after the teen failed to even try to look for the item and continued to ask the worker on break to keep assisting them. The worker, being on break, told them to press the bell for assistance instead so they can help them look for it as she is on break. The teenager slams the item down and proceeded to let out a childish remark calling the worker a lazy ass. Not a few minutes later the mother of the teenager comes in and even threatens the worker by wanting to fight her outside. The worker doesn't engage in such events. People make me sick, especially entitled customers that believe they're always right. They were on their break and doesn't have the obligation to assist the customer, that fact she even communicated with them in the first place and answered their question is good enough. Service is great, customers should know better.”
