Christy was terrific in giving us a tour and answering all questions honestly and concisely. The facility is immaculate and all units are easily accessible. As a result, we looked no further and immediately signed up for a storage unit. We have now begun to move in and have enjoyed the ongoing professional and friendly assistance that Christy provides. “Luis was so professional with the service. He even called to confirm that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. By not saying this other place Jackie services u-haul dealer made us run around 3 hours looking for a truck. But the person made it possible was from the brach of victory and lankershim!! She was so nice God Bless her and also Luis was awesome!! Out in 10 minutes with the rental.”

“I was welcomed into the office with ac and a greeting from the store manager Marcela ready to help me rent my first unit. I was confused with pricing and agreement but Marcela explained everything to me and made me feel at ease . Marcela walked me through the building to check out a few units to find a unit that best fit my needs I needed a small one and that’s exactly what I got. This place seems well managed. I love the other worker as well she was very nice and offered me water while I was being taken care of 5 stars is minimum for what they did for me today ! 10/10 stars”

“Erick , the manager, at the Extra Space storage, in my area is the best. I now have 2 storage units there. I have spoken to other employees and they are nice too, but I have a repor with Erick that's been for years. He always helps me out, is always kind, polite , and accommodating.It's a bit pricey I'm going to be honest, the bigger units anyway. However, I haven't shopped around so maybe they are competitive. I recommend the ONE I have unit(s) at anyway.”

“It was a catastrophe the public storage abroad answering service. They ( I spoke several different people ) I requested American customer service which is my right as a customer.
They refused, and hang up on me. “They get pay for their non-customer service”
At the end of the day I get a call from Rafael doing a follow up call and he was outstanding with his professionalism, and verbal communication Rafael is the only one, who gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I highly recommend a financial cash bonus or/and $2.00 race in his paycheck. Janeth is always friendly and helpful and on top of stuff, cleanest bathrooms, cleanest facility I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage. They have monitored security cameras ,gates ect.. I feel safe having my personal belongings here... Been here for 6 years plus...and will continue.”
“I’ve rented from this location before. The previous time was pretty seamless and uneventful. Pretty much how you would want it to be. however, today I returned needing a storage space and the customer service that Ian provided was exactly what I needed. I had a lot going on just with getting multiple things handled for a move and I had an idea of how I wanted my visit to go. All of those bases were covered and then some. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a storage solution .”
