Great location, plenty of parking, clean store, no wait time, great customer service.Summit was extremely helpful, going above and beyond in helping me with the purchase of a new phone, internet service, App/account, and changing from another provider to Verizon. He was thorough and patient with my lack of tech skills, explaining and answering my questions.Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, polite. My sons gizmo watch was broken. Came into Verizon to get him a new one. There was a mistake with Mom?? and I with the phone. Came back in and Johnny helped me out to get it all straightened out. Thank God because I’m not a tech savvy person. Johnny was great

A big thank you to Miguel, Summit, and Jose! Over a few days, this team collaboratively provided me with exceptional customer service!Miguel had the hardest job assisting me with an upgrade and device transfer with my old phone that only had half a screen. I was amazed that he was able to perform what I needed done in a timely manner. I had an important task to achieve, and he had me up and running with my new device with enough time to prepare.I am a customer for life to this location, all because of the gentleman named above.Thank you, team, and a huge THANK YOU to Miguel!

Horrible place they wanted to basically sell my mom a old run down phone and then stole her 50$ when she left the store for 3 hours to come back and switch her phone to a iPhone and they told her it would be a 50$ fee which was never told to her upon buying the phone the person who helped us was nothing but rude the entire time wouldn’t recommend going here their all about taking peoples money would only recommend the Verizon store in Knightdale or Brier creek don’t waste time or money going here

They don’t want to help I asked them to active a SIM card and they said the system isn’t working but yet they are activating new phones right on front of me. So either the system isn’t working or you don’t want to help!!!! Learn how to do your work!!!!!

I had received an email about upgrading my phone and my daughter needed to upgrade her iPhone she had an iPhone 11 and the phone was having a few problems so she talked me into it and the gentleman that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable on what was best and I ended up getting my other daughter an iPhone 14 also. I'm glad that my daughter got me to go down to Verizon it was so worth it!
