What a great guy. We highly recommend the transmission clinic ?. We looked around town for someone to fix the transmission to our truck and no luck either to pricy or it was going to take one to two months to fix but our Lord sent Robert our way and yes he's a man of his word just a couple days he had our truck running great. Thank you Robert for everything you have done for us. ???

Friendly service, good communication, decent job on rebuilding the transmission itself, however I’d recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if you suspect anything more than strictly transmission work. We took our 24v Cummins in to have the transmission rebuilt. Rebuild went good, but didn’t fix the problem of no overdrive. Owner said he would take our truck to a friend and have him replace the computer if that’s what was wrong, come to find out his friend only diagnosed the issue, didn’t actually do the computer work. We got the call the computer work was done, but we had a companion code which usually means the PCM and ECM aren’t working together. When we discussed the issue the owner made it clear that the transmission worked fine, shifted great when it really didn’t(it held gears because the cable on the throttle position sensor was broken and needed replaced. That’s probably why the transmission went in the first place). When we discussed the PCM needing flashed the owner was adamant about it not needing flashed. The owner did finally admit that he has no idea about the computers after stating he has replaced many many computers on vehicles and never had an issue. When we insisted the issue be fixed, he offered to back out of the computer, put the old one back on and get out from fixing the truck. We took the truck to another mechanic who got us up and running with no issues and the codes taken care of that this shop refused to fix. The owner is friendly, and does decent work on the transmission but I wouldn’t recommend the place for anything but STRICTLY transmission repair.

My Experience here was Amazing! We had a Problem with our Transmission with our Tahoe Robert immediately came out to check out the situation .. took the car in & Fix it. Few days later we had another Incident thinking it was something with the Transmission again ,but it ended up being something else …Robert came out immediately to check it out & fix it with Free of Charge . Over all experience was GREAT!! Definitely recommend taking your Car here!

Happened to break down driving through town. Called and Robert answered even though it was after hours. He came out, analyzed the situation, had our car towed to the Transmission Clinic. Repaired and ready to pick-up the next day.

I do not usually leave comments or publicly post reviews but In this instance, I want to take the time and give praises to Robert and the service he renders. He was professional from the time he answered the phone all the way to the point he fixed my transmission. I appreciate the way that he spoke to me which was confident and professional. He put me at ease and told me the truth, doing what he said he would from the get go. Thanks again Robert for coming out and taking care of my vehicle and in essence my family. Had my transmission rebuilt and it was NOT cheep. They refuse to give me a written warranty. I took it in with no reverse and they returned it with check engine light on, dx code was transmission switch. But son wouldn't touch it, because it wasn't part of the "kit"!!!! Robert won't do anything beyond Kit,, more like work done in a driveway. Yet, he says my truck had black oil and that caused all this. Not true at all, my mechanic of four years referred me and he knew my motor was so strong, rebuild transmission was a good decision. Would not recommend.
