Excellent service team! Very efficient and considerate of my time, I was in and out quickly with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Sarah was a great help with positive attitude and smile on her face. I will be coming back to this Toyota for service for a long time.

I had previously made an appointment for an oil change, supplying my own filter and oil. When I told the service representative I had my own filter and oil she got visibly upset and made it difficult for me. She even went to the extent of putting it on the service order in all caps with exclamation points. I don't think that is very professional and they should hold themselves to a higher standard since they are the face of the business.

From reading all these 1 star negative reviews I know I made the right decision traveling to Burlingame near San Francisco to purchase my RAV4. I do recall a salesman at Toyota Selma taking down my information and trying to run my credit when they didn't even have the vehicle and color I wanted. And then they lured me back telling me they were going to match the price of a vehicle I found in Oxnard. Terrible way of trying to scam customers into buying something else or at a different price than agreed. Then he continued to text me about coming back in and wanting to earn my business after I had told him I had already purchased the vehicle I wanted from Burlingame Toyota. I will never think twice about purchasing from Selma Toyota and considering never buying a Toyota again either. My RAV4 was involved in an accident and the body shop sent the vehicle in to Selma Toyota to get the vehicle running again since all the lights on the dash came on after the accident. After I got the vehicle back from the body shop I noticed it had a "Engine Maintenance Required Visit Your Dealer" message on the dash along with an orange light. I called the body shop to let them know so they could call the dealership back since the repairs there had been done under the body shop's account. The body shop advised me to call them directly and ask for Lissette in the Service Department. After speaking with Lissette, she informed me that no lights were present while they worked on my vehicle, and without even inspecting or diagnosing the vehicle, informed me that it was probably the engine coolant bypass valve since those vehicles are known for that issue at my current mileage. She then informed me that in order to get that fixed, I would have to pay the $200 diagnostics fee and the repairs would cost approximately $800 since that issue was unrelated to my accident and to the repairs they performed at the dealership.I called Toyota Customer Service to get a second opinion and they started a case for me since they agreed that Selma Toyota should stand by their work and contacted them about my concerns and complaints. They also both failed to acknowledge that I had purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle, which I later discovered, did in fact cover the coolant bypass valve issue after being told by Toyota Customer Service that my power train warranty had expired already. I then received a call from a manager at Selma Toyota named Valerie who swore up and down that my complaint/case was not true since she was adamant that my engine maintenance light was a separate issue from the work they had performed. Toyota Customer Service closed that case based off of what Selma was claiming and I left it alone for a few weeks. A vehicle technician who is friends with the body shop owner offered to replace the engine coolant bypass valve to save me some money and I took him up on the offer, but he just hadn't got around to it. I started looking into trading in my RAV4 for something else and during that process discovered that my extended warranty I had purchased did in fact cover the coolant bypass valve issue for another 30k miles. I scheduled the service to be completed at Clovis Toyota where I had been taking my vehicle for its regular service, but they were unable to locate an engine error code with their reader. They recommended I take it back to Selma since they had worked on it and it could be related to the work they performed on it. I dropped it off at Selma that same day since they agreed to take a look at it under my extended warranty, not because of the previous work they performed on it. Yesterday I get a call from Lissette that my RAV4 had been repaired and that no parts had to be replaced so there would be no charge. I didn't receive an apology for their negligence of admitting their fault or for the fact that they tried to ignore me as a customer with a valid complaint and thought that I would just fold and go away by alleging that the issue was unrelated. They also were unable to find an engine error code and af

I got my dream RAV4 at Toyota of Selma and the entire car buying process was smooth. The sales team and finance team were great. I worked with Rick, Sergio, Ronnie, Damien and Gary. Everyone was professional, respectful and not too pushy. I highly recommend heading down to Selma if you're looking for a new car!

Usually in and out before an hour. There is a big lobby area to hang out. Complimentary coffee and some vending machines in the lobby, too.

Why bother replying, judging from the amount of one star reviews all pointing at nearly the same issues you guys don't care and the only reason you reply to these negative reviews is to save some amount of face to customers that aren't aware of your horrible sales tactics.Do me a favor and stop lying to me even after I decided to take my business elsewhere. You aren't talking to "anyone" about any "negative experience" anyone has had. Once again people please go to literally any other Toyota dealership and I promise you will pay less money for the exact car you want than if you went to Toyota of Selma.

After months of mulling over wether to buy a vehicle with 4WD I finally gave in and purchased a Toyota Tacoma TRD pickup. My wife and I were out and about this past Saturday and were heading back to Hanford. We were discussing what to do about our situation. You see we bought a Honda Civic recently and realized the first time we visited our family down in Arizona. We bought the wrong vehicle for the type of driving we do when we are in Arizona. Our family lives in a rural part of the state and we often go off road. Nothing really crazy. But enough that it's not good for the car we purchased. So we decided to stop in at Toyota of Selma and see what they had to offer. We honestly weren't sure if we wanted a pick up or an SUV. We already have a Ford Ranger. However it is 2002 and we don't really have too much confidence in travel out of state with it. So we pulled into the dealership and we're greeted by Kevin who directed us to where we needed to go. I didn't expect him to help us. But he tuned out to be the salesman we talked to. He was extremely helpful and didn't pressure us into a vehicle we didn't want. He showed us new and used vehicles and explained the difference in each of them. We explained that we wanted to see about either trading in the Honda or just making a purchase. We weren't sure but wanted to see what would work. So after looking at several vehicles we came to a beautiful white Tacoma. Looking it over we saw that it was a manual transmission. A 6 speed! We actually prefer manual transmissions. So we were immediately interested. So we talked it over with Kevin and took it for a test drive. Now I've never had a Toyota or even driven one. So this was a new experience for us. This Tacoma is absolutely amazing! Being a TRD model it drove so smooth and shifted perfectly. My wife and I both took turns driving and decided we wanted this truck. So heading back we went inside and sat down to discuss things. Obviously not having the Honda very long a trade in just wouldn't work for either of us and honestly I didn't want to get rid of it anyway. Because it's a great car. It's just not suitable for some of the things we do. So we talked over a deal to just buy the Tacoma. He took our offer to what I found out was the owner. Who actually sat down with us. I believe his name was Danny. Very nice guy. We came to an agreeable payment with the down payment we were offering and he made us a great warranty deal along with a great service offer. I was so pleased. But as you know some dealers will say something then when it comes to doing the actual paperwork it's no where to be seen. So when we sat down with Abraham who handled all the paperwork. There it was. The warranty and service agreement Danny offered. The man kept his word. How's that in this day and age? I was sold on this dealership and will definitely be back in the future. The paperwork didn't take too long. Abraham was a great guy. Definitely cares about the customers and made the process easy. He explained everything and we were off looking over our new Toyota Tacoma! I've had the truck for about 24 hours now and I have went over it front to back and inside and out. We are so pleased with our decision to stop and visit Toyota of Selma. I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. They earned our business in the future!

I had such a poor experience trying to find a car here. Staff was very unresponsive and lied about stock. I would follow up with multiple texts and phone calls and get nowhere. They finally called me and said they had the exact car I wanted on the lot. I said "Great, please send me the specs sheet." They ghosted me. Two days later I finally received the specs sheet and it was the wrong car.Such a poor way of doing business. Save yourself time and seek out other Toyota Dealerships.

Update: Well, the GSM did not call! Crickets! Nothing! Zilch! Just sad.. I guess business must be good enough where they don't care to call or at least address an issue. So good luck to all those who venture into Toyota of Selma, obviously our standard of buying cars is a little too much for them.P.S. The Toyota dealership in Clovis took great care of us!

I have had the worst experience ever, I called to see if they have a Prius and they said they had two in stock, So we get there after driving 80 miles and they say they sold both which is a huge lie because I called 20 miles out to ask them if the ones they had were plug in or hybrid and she told me they were hybrid. I get there and they tried to use this tactic of getting you there and selling you something else and that's exactly what they tried to do.Moral of the story stay away from anything Fahreny, had bad experience with them in other Selma dealerships as well, I just didn't know they own Toyota as well.
