I went car shopping there last month and I bought a car from your dealership. The salesman was Sergio. I knew exactly what I wanted and your sales team made me all the promises in the world. I put down $30,500.00 and took the car home. Except you guys have failed to make good on your promises, I still have yet to get my black wheels, along with my window tinting to my liking and wanting! Also there is stained water spots on the 2024 rav4 that do not come off! And NO ONE has got back to me!! Toyota of Selma had no problem in taking my money and I haven't heard anything back from them in setting up an appointment in 2 weeks like they said the day I gave $30,500.00. I already had a RAV4 to my liking at Toyota of Clovis, I should have stood with them! When we were there we heard all about the great reviews this dealership gets because of this and that, but I think and believe that this dealership will say and do whatever it is they need to do to sale a vehicle to a customer and to an unsatisfied customer at that!! I have it in the contract I signed of what I was wanting and now it's been over a month with this vehicle and still not to my liking or what I want!!!!
