Beyond disgusted with this company and I will be taking this incident to court. I have T-Mobile saying I was throwing things in their store that there is video apparently of me doing this but they won’t let me see this video. I’ve never done anything like that and I’m completely disgusted that employees can slander a customer that came in because of their bill being over charged and say things about that customer that did not happen. The District Manager Juan Nunez also had told the store employee and named my name to the store employee and I believe that is why the employee lied trying to say I did something when I did not. I can’t believe this is behavior that T-Mobile allows for their company. I’ve trying calling corporate but I’m told I’m not allowed to talk to anyone to make a report of what these people have done to me. So will see what the court has to say because who else is to contact if T-Mobile doesn’t want to allow me to report crimes especially slandering a customers name when there is cameras and id love for everyone to see that footage so they could see T-Mobile allows their customers to be lied about and slandered.

Went in to get a new phone and Wi-Fi for the new house.. The girls working were very nice and helpful.. Faith was great! Knowledgeable and professional ? Always a good experience when I go there

I've spent over 5 hours on the phone and over an hour in this store to be refunded a negative balance on a closed account. Despite all assurances and guarantees and confirmation numbers, and despite the fact that they've held a negative balance for over 6 months... THEY HAVE NOT PROCESSED A REFUND.It's really the last sad note on a terrible time with a terrible company. Every call I ever made was a waste of time, and was never addressed. Nothing but a cold call sheet of apologies and responses followed by zero action. I remember leaving at&t and switching to tmobile thinking "no one could be worse than at&t's customer service"...how wrong I was. Worst company I've ever dealt with. This store while filled with nice employees, could not accomplish anything despite having a direct line to tmobile customer service.

Consistently great customer service. Can be a long ish wait at times.Update: Had to go in to the store to return an item. Still great service. They printed up the shipping label for me and got the return all set up. Thanks.

Nice friendly staff & staff was great at 3 visits.1. To check old cells due to problems was fixed. Cells problems again.2. Look at new cells. Purchase 2 new cells & when UPS delivery went back to set up.3. Transferred old to new at store. Purchase accessories for cells & also WiFi. Thanks Val & ladies!!

I want to give a shout out to Roberto and his team at the Selma T-Mobile. I went there as we were having some technical problems with our new IPhone 12. Roberto was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of our problem with a professional and caring attitude. Thank you Roberto for being quick and efficient and for treating us with like a valued customer!

Eva María and Miguel were super knowledgeable about everything I needed. Very polite. Great customer service.
