There’s a white lady there that’s very rude. She has an opinion on your animal. Told her I had my dog for three months and she said “ and you’re just now making an appointment” like why is that your business ?? I’m still trying to get her taken care of.

Dr. Stephanie Hatayama and her vet team are amazing and loving. I recommend calling for an appointment because the walk-in wait is very long, but they are quick and efficient when you're an appointment. We were seen, blood work and x-rays with results, and treatment options were completed the same day. Thank you for taking care of Pooka!

We were referred to this place by Valley Animal Center in Fresno as a low-cost non-ER pet hospital in a time of need. It gave us hope, but when we called, the receptionist said to go somewhere in Fresno instead. After saying we were actually referred by another Fresno pet hospital, the receptionist interrupted saying "doubtful doubtful doubtful doubtful" which honestly blew my mind. I reiterated what we were told, to which the receptionist said "I really doubt that" then HUNG UP on us! They were unfortunately worse than non-helpful, adding to the headache with our cat in injury.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

I am very happy and grateful to the doctor, my kitten (charcoal) had very bad kidneys and the only option was to put him to sleep or try to save him. She did everything possible and my cat was saved thanks to her and her entire team ???❤️

Tried to take my 2 female dogs to get them spayed, and they rejected me even though I had taken my dogs their before. I will never take any of my dogs there anymore.

I love the staff, from the front desk to speaking with the veterinarian, everyone there makes you feel welcome and at ease.

Unfortunately this place won’t be talking you soon, appointments are as 1 month away even if you’re client there.
Everything else is sent to 24/7 vets that is super expensive. Your best bet is Cedar Vet in Fresno that gives appointments within the next week even if you’re not a client there.
