Horrible service! They tell you promise's and don't deliver. I'm still fighting an issue and it's been almost 6 months since I bought my new car. They have not fixed my issue with my car.

They purchased my vehicle and the check they gave me bounced. I wrote checks based on the $5k and now my account is overdrawn by almost $4k. I blame the sales and finance managers for the whole mess they put me through. I went back to the dealership to get a new check and they had me running all over town trying to get a bank to cash the new check. Knowing that no one would cash it because it was drawn on an out of state bank. Now, my bank placed a 10 day hold on the second check because the first one bounced. So, as of today I still don't have my $5k for my trade-in but they have their $5k for my down payment. The hold doesn't come off until the 19th and I bought the new car on the 5th. What a horrible way to do business.Their way of making it better was to put gas in my new car because I live an hour away from the dealership. They knew the first check was not good but was more interested in getting their sales numbers for Labor Day weekend. Never, ever would I ever do business with them again. My sales rep, Jordan, was great and not involved in the mess.

This was my first time here and I was so happy that everything went as scheduled. I had a reservation for an oil change. I was greeted with smile and attended to with professionalism and patience. All of my questions were answered and it only took half the time estimated. Thanks to Hilda for providing us a great first experience.

Came in not knowing what to get or expect as a 1st time buyer. Federico really helped my family and myself with the perfect car. Treated my family and myself comfortable and friendly. Definitely recommend him!

I can’t believe they sold a frontline vehicle to my buddy, he showed me his frontier that he got on the body very obvious gaps on the left front fender next to the hood the rear tailgate ugly gap. Some substandard paint job . They did not even had the factory floor mats , looks like a vehicle you buy at Craigslist.Where is the quality control?

The staff were very nice, and very helpful they did their best to get us into a good car. They listened to what me and my husband were looking for, and got us into a amazing car. I’m already recommending friends to car shop at Nissan, and to ask for Alex, he was very helpful as well as his manager, and the the people in finance, the whole team were amazing.

Once again I am greatly satisfied by my visit to Selma Nissan for repairs on my Rogue. I bought the vehicle there and have continued to obtain service at Selma Nissan. The service advisor, Ismael, is always friendly, informative and efficient. Yesterday, despite unexpected repairs needed, along with some major service, my vehicle was repaired and ready to go in an unexpected timely fashion.Again, thank you. I will continue to go to Selma Nissan for services needed on my Rogue!

I came into Nissan service today at Selma auto mall for my first free oil change that comes with my lease I bought with them and I had an appointment at 9am.... I had to wait 2 hours before they even put my car up to get worked on!! I know it's free but that's no excuse to make me wait that long... What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it takes 2 hours to even get to my car?! An oil change only takes 10 min to do and I was told it would take an hour and I waited 2 1/2 hours until they finished and not even a sorry! why make appointments if it's going to take so long?! Very upset with my visit and wouldn't recommend getting service done here if you have an appointment!

Ever want to look up stock on a certain vehicle and, against your better judgement (of course), put your number into a site, hoping against hope a car dealership wouldn't be worse than an overseas telemarketing company? Well bad ideas are bad for a reason. The Selma Nissan's mission seems to be "harass the customer into submission." Immediate calls. Back to back calls. Several calls a day. Ignore them? Well you'll get a voice-mail [a millenial's worst nightmare]. Ask to be removed from the call list? Expect even more calls. Continue to hang up on them? Expect a call from a private number where the sales rep straight up mocks you.I guess what I'm trying to say is, I doubt complaining to a manager will get that man fired, but maybe, just maybe a potential customer or two will come across this review and decide to shop elsewhere. And if that costs the dealership enough money to cause a serious change in policy then I guess I can sleep a little more soundly.P.S. the receptionist that took my complaint was an Angel, and if she truly removed me from the call list I shall be forever grateful.

Wish I could give a higher star rating, but unfortunately - out of the 3 people that I've contacted , only one has gotten back to me.I'll start with the good! After a mistake had been made where we had somehow purchased a service contract for $3100 instead of our understanding of the car being under warranty... Chris Zapata was EXTREMELY helpful in getting this corrected. We went back to the dealership to give him a "wet signature" to cancel the contract, and were told that it could take up to 2 weeks for the check to be issued to the finance company. I just checked with the finance company (after a week - just to see if it was there) They said it hadn't reached them yet, but to contact the dealership and inquire if the check had been sent. In process of texting Chris now. He has always been extremely responsive in emails and in text - so i anticipate that will continue to be the case! The also... good-ish LOLWe bought the car from Johnny B (Johnathan Briseno) and he was a very pleasant person! He wasn't too pushy, he was helpful in explaining things. In hindsight, there were things that were not explained well /clearly enough - but we figured we might be the ones just misunderstanding and hoped that it wasn't intentional. He asked us to rate him, and write a google review - and we were very happy to do so.However, since there were issues with the car, and we did contact him and two others - as I said, there has been silence from everyone except Chris. I think that's unfortunate - but if you are very sharp when it comes to buying used cars, and you know exactly what to look out for to not buy things you don't need? Then you should be fine here... because they are very pleasant salesmen!now... the not so good.We were informed that we needed to buy LoJack, and that it was a great benefit, that it would be an insurance benefit, and so on.I have a friend that used to work here, and has told me (AFTER finding out that I went here to buy a car) that they will often do some mild-pressure/semi-sneaky things to push up the full amount that you're getting financed so that they make extra money. Can I verify that? no.Can I verify that I've asked to cancel the LoJack service on the USED (not new) vehicle that we purchased? If you research these services that are put onto the car - you'll find what I've found out. That dealerships do this and pressure you to pay for it so that they can make more money.So... its unfortunate but I've contacted Steve Stark (the sales manager at Selma Nissan) MULTIPLE times by email , and he has simply refused to respond in any way.All I can say to the buyers reading this is... it takes about 4 hours total to get through the whole process of filling out and signing all the paperwork. You're moved from room to room, signing on computers and paper and back to another room to sign more papers, tour the facility while you wait longer... etc. I really don't think they're all bad guys there. I think they're salesman trying to make their commissions in any way they can and if you are not constantly watching every thing theyre pushing - you're probably gonna be in my same situation now - waiting for things to get rectified that probably won't get handled fully because ... well, they simply don't want to let go of that money.Just be sharp, stay alert for the whole 4 hour paper signing process LOL .. ask questions until you KNOW exactly what is going into every single page. do NOT settle for answers like "included in the price". ask "and WHAT is that full price?" lolIf you take that advice - you'll be good to go!Ask for Chris Zapata personally - because even if you miss something that got by you... he is there to help, and set things right. And that has my respect!!!

Just had a horrible experience with the sales manager, Steve. The lease on my Nissan was up so I took it in to do the purchase paperwork and understood there were fees to do this. Our Sales Rep George was awesome, friendly, and super helpful. When I asked his manager Amad for a breakdown of the fees, he went to the sales manager, Steve, and came back like a little puppy, and his answer was "we cannot even complete the process today due to a safety recall" which was also understandable. He told us come back Monday and service would have us in and out within 15 min. This was a total lie/deception because on Monday when I took it in, service said 1-1 1/2 hrs.. I asked for a remedy like possibly lowering the charged fees for doing the purchase contract, which by the way still was never clarified. They sent me to talk to the sales manager, Steve who was zero help at all. He asked me if I think they work for free, but at the same time argued with me for 30 min in his office (for free). Literally this could've all been fixed for like $700 in reduced fees and I could've walked away a happy camper, but after the horrible treatment by Amad(being super shady and borderline rude) to Steve who is supposed to be the manager(super rude and unprofessional) I would rather go pay double the fees at another location than work with these two sleazy sales people. I wish George the best and feel so bad that he has these two guys to work with and ruin sales experiences for him. We would've definitely gone back to him for our next car and if he ever leaves this location probably still will.

We have bought 3 trucks from this dealership and have had all of them serviced there. Excellent dealership and great service techs. Ismael is fantastic. He has taken care of us for years and he is the best service tech we have ever dealt with. Selma Nissan is lucky to have him. Thank you for great purchasing and service experiences. We will only deal with Selma Nissan.
