If you're looking to get a car don’t go here. Bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica had it for 6 months but three of those months it has been in the shop because it needs a new engine. When i bought the car i got a warranty and now that the engine is disabled the warranty doesnt cover it. They left my car torn apart and they said they couldnt put it back together. I had to tow it and they said they couldnt do anything about it. The techs threw all the parts in the back and didn’t cover the seats so stained all the seats with grease. When i spoke to the service manager at nissan, Mike, All he said was sorry for this and we cant help even with warranty. We cant do anything because they werent going to spend the money for that car. Which it was inspected through nissan service to sell the car. Which shows how good the techs really are and the type of quality of work they put in there customers. Dont get a car here new or used worst place to go.

My service advisor, Ismael, went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process and helped ease my anxiety about getting my car serviced. He was patient, honest, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and I truly appreciate it. Purchased a new 2025 Kicks. We lived approximately 115 miles from the dealership. About halfway home the Infotainment screen on the car went blank/black. Texted the Salesman his reply was to try and reset the screen. I let him know we had already attempted that. His next comment, You can take it to your nearest dealership it’s under warranty. Well no kidding. That’s it that’s all you have to say or do? New car not 50 miles on it and that’s what their dealership had to say. I doubt I will be returning or recommend them to anyone. 50 miles, my oh my.

Drove over an hour from merced to Selma Nissan. It was a smooth process From the very first call with Alex to verifying all the details with Wiam. The financing agent was also great (sorry forgot name). The pricing we discussed on the phone was what I got in person. They also don't lie to you like some other dealerships about add on or additional costs at signing. They were always honest with me from the beginning. I appreciate they did not waste my time. Thanks again. We are very happy with our 2025 nissan rogue.
