I was in the waiting room for 2 hours about 5 different employees came in and out or walked by us including a managers office, not once as they walked by us did they acknowledge either of us no smile nod, or hello. Is the only time someone wants to be friendly is when I want to buy a car? The service department had some kind of courtesy. Very disappointing to know I wasn't even worth a hello or how are you doing today. If and when I need to purchase another car will I not come here. I am worth being acknowledged. I can take my car anywhere to be serviced but I choose the dealership I purchased from. Unfortunately not a friendly place.

Staff are very friendly, was waiting in my car not sure if the car in front of me where in line for the oil change … they seen me from the office and got out and help me . ..love that they have a waiting room for the kids and they offer us cookies and coffee and waters ?

They apparently have some sort of relationship with an online auto loan website - after using that site this dealer cold called me 7 times in 24 hours.
