I’m constantly disappointed with the service at Mazda Selma! They would not take an appointment for scheduled maintenance within a week of my call. A call Monday morning and the soonest service available is a WEEK from Tuesday!! Unbelievable! On top of that the ‘service’ rep actually hung up on me!! Not the first time they’ve disappointed me either. Ridiculous

I went to the Selma Mazda dealer to check out a car the dealer have in stock. Test drove the car and liked it. Talked to the sale man and he said the manger is giving really good discount on all cars. After the test drive, I went to get the OTD price and surprised, no discount, just an add-on fee for aftermarket parts or something. Left the dealer right away. Found an exact same car at another dealer for 3 thousand less.

If I can give anybody any advice do not buy a car from Selma Mazda. From the dishonest finance manager to the absolutely horrific customer service in the service department, it has ended up being a very frustrating situation. As a an older female, I went in to buy a Mazda cx90 by myself. The salesperson was fine once I got into the finance department the car was almost $10,000 more than what the sale price was. I understand the usual finance charges, etc, but without even discussing the extended warranty, the prepaid oil changes and gap insurance, the finance manager just added it on, hoping that I wouldn't notice. I did and asked him to remove the extra charges. I ended up calling the general manager and he did attempt to make the situation better but still backed his employee even though he was dishonest. A few months after purchase I brought my vehicle in because of a faulty infotainment center. Mazda settled a class action lawsuit for the infotainment centers not working properly previously. I called for 2 weeks trying to reach the service department with no return calls and finally called Mazda, corporate and miraculously. I got a phone call back for scheduling. The 3 times I brought it in for repair, Anthony was dismissive and condescending. Each time he told me that it is fixed and each time I left the dealership and on the way home the same thing happened. After I brought the car in for the third time and it was not fixed, he said that they sent the data off to Panasonic and the issue is with my phone. I called corporate Mazda. They took down all my information but said that they will back their dealership even though they have had significant issues with their infotainment centers. I purchased a new phone which cost me about $1,000. Well, the same issues are going on even with a new phone. Mazda will not help me with this and I have obtained legal representation to have this matter resolved. With the exception of the general manager, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, dishonest, condescending and rude dealership, and Anthony in the service department should never deal with the public. I wish I would have read all of the poor reviews before purchasing a car from them.

I had a great experience at Selma Mazda location. Roy patiently showed me all the options available and Juan streamlined all the paperwork. Will definitely consider buying here again.

Do not trust this dealership — shady and dishonest management.
I purchased a brand-new car here, and only after finishing all the paperwork did I notice a crack in the front windshield before leaving the lot. They immediately promised to fix it.
What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth just to try to schedule the repair. Then, after a change in management, they treated me as if I was lying. I even showed them written documentation clearly stating they would replace the windshield — yet they still refused to honor their word.
I hope the right person sees this, because dealing with the current management has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I dreaded going, just to get my computer updated. But they were all so awesome and so nice, it was enjoyable with my short wait that I had. Got it done quick and got me back on the road to home!

We purchased a Mazda CX-50 Turbo with Premium Plus trim from Selma Mazda. Our salesperson was Roy Pineda. Roy was very knowledgeable about the car, and assisted us with all of our questions. We had a great experience and absolutely love our new car.

If I could give this place negative stars then I would. I purchased a 2024 CX 50 back in February that had a small scratch on the lift gate. I was promised by the sales guy (Mario) and the sales manager that this scratch would be repaired promptly upon purchase of the vehicle. It was essentially a condition of sale for this vehicle. It is now the end of May and the scratch has not been repaired. I have received minimal feedback and support from the sales team and the service manager refuses to return my calls or address this issue. I keep getting deferred to the service department and told that he will call me and schedule the repair, but that has not been done. The service department and leadership is absolutely atrocious. Essentially I was lied to by the sales team in order get a sale. At this point I have no choice but to contact Mazda corporate with a complaint. I truly hate to write negative reviews, but please stay away from this dealership. The car itself is fantastic and gorgeous and I am now a Mazda loyalist. However my next purchase will be from Mazda Fresno. Selma has lost me as a customer.

Worst customer service ever. I was stranded on the road and tried contacting the Mazda service and they kept saying sorry they’re with someone they can call tomorrow.

Highly disappointing experience with a rebranding luxury brand. I expected integrity and a high level of professionalism. But I was given the standard bait and switch tactic as everyone in this dealership has terrible communication skills. I asked for several options for my particular situation and that request went completely under heard. While being what seemed to be pushed into buying a vehicle they had on the lot without offering to locate a vehicle that would fit my requests.
This sales team is more focused on making a dollar than they are on the customer experience. Buttering people up and then basically profiling clients. Had this team listened to my requests and had a decent amount of integrity. I would have purchased my vehicle here.
Instead I wasted 4.5 hours at the dealership with my hungry family on Valentine’s Day.
Thank you again for showing me every dealer is the same.
