Zero stars! I had to select at least one to post!
From the first day I towed my car there. No customer service! A man was demanding to know who told me I could take my car in.
I had made an appointment, in-person. Couple weeks later, I called to check on the status of my car. They told me they couldn’t fix my car because they stopped making an original car part for my car. My car is 9-years-old! They couldn’t fix their own car??!!! I asked, “If you can’t fix it then who can?” Employee said “I don’t know.”
They said, “If you find the part bring the car back.”
My car does not start, it’s not cheap towing it from my house to the dealership, etc.
I will definitely report this to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible customer service and they didn’t even try, no attempts to fix my car. I will never buy another Hyundai car ever again. They’re not quality cars, I have already replaced my engine, TWICE!!!
I will actively tell people not to come here nor buy a Hyundai vehicle.

Jordan (sales person 5 stars without a doubt)
He was very pleasing to talk to and wasn’t pushy to force you to buy. He allowed plenty of time to ask questions and his response to all of them were very precise with all the details needed. Overall he was there to make sure you as the buyer had everything you needed to make the right decision to proceed with a purchase.
Stan (sales manager 1 star)
We were asking for comparisons from leasing to purchasing with a trade we had. We also showed him what other dealerships had offered us on both to try see which option was best for us to proceed with. He came back to us with a pile of papers and said, are we just practicing here because I can’t just keep running numbers. This was extremely unprofessional for a manager at a professional establishment to come to say to a customer. The deal was only about $500 better than the Hyundai dealership in Fresno so it’s not like he gave us the biggest deal either to come and respond in such a way. We ended up leaving that day without purchasing a vehicle due to his unprofessional attitude.
We waited 2 days later to make the decision that Jordan had done such a great job that it wasn’t fair to him to not purchase a vehicle. We ended up having another manager complete our deal and he was extremely professional throughout the entire transaction.

Upon arrival, A.P. welcomed my hubs and I, asking if we needed assistance and provided a ton of great information on the Genesis line we were interested in. We were waffling between a 2019 and a 2021 and he helped us with pros and cons for each, listening to what we really were looking for. He made it an amazing experience and not only helped us get into the car we really loved, but walked with us every step of the way. The entire Hyundai crew made our experience truly fantastic, from the sale to the finance end, communication was flowing for literally three full days. I highly recommend you go visit them if you're looking for a new ride and you want to be treated like family!

I had such a great experience at Selma Hyundai. Bernie and Stan were Great!! I was in and out in under 3hrs. Never experienced that before. Bernie was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with every single thing in regards to my new car that I needed. He's gone above and beyond, and extended help to me even after my purchase. 10/10 I Recommend!!

I had an appointment on July 1st.at 3 pm I got there at 3:15 was 3 representing service department on thiere disks after 15 minutes waiting for help by Eric then he said no time for us to look at your car but first thing in the morning we can .next day at 10:30AM I called he said we still did not look at it yet and I will call you when I get answer from technician.no respect for me about how long they can keep my car away.all it takes 10 minutes from technician to look at it.

Everything was seamless. Traded in my 2022 Tacoma which I had a significant amount of negative equity on. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to lower my monthly payments but Alex worked his magic and was able to do just that. Gonna miss the Taco, but I’m happy to be saving a lot more money on gas on my Elantra as well as having a lower monthly payment! Glad we were able to work something out. Thanks for the help, Alex!

Bernie was patient and really took his time showing us all of our options. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful as well. We returned to this location to work with Bernie 8 years later.
