Selma Honda helped get my 80 year old mother into the car she wanted, a Honda Certified HRV. Manuel Pacheco *there's two Manuels and I'm sure they are both great both PACHECO is the Manuel that made the process accessible and pleasant. He even did the test driving because she was too nervous. They were kind and considerate. I will shop there first even though we had to drive from Visalia. Visalia Honda should use Selma as an example.

This review is for the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring model. We had been looking at luxury sedans and came back to Honda. I've had such good experiences with Honda that we went with our gut. Earlier this year I purchased another Honda (CRV) at a different dealer. While I love the car, the purchasing experience was stressful and I really didn't get a good deal, in fact, I know I overpaid. I plugged my nose and purchased anyway. Fool me once.... So when we decided on the Accord I shopped primarily on the internet using an app. I found some really good deals but wanted to see the car in person. We made the short drive out to Selma and met with Dayana. She led us to the car we had expressed interest in and it was love at first sight! I asked about a quote I had received from another dealer and she said they would do their best to match it. We then met with Mario to confirm pricing. What a nice guy! No pressure, no gimmicks, no b.s. I read people well and I instantly felt so comfortable. Dayana was the same. Just a real positive energy at this place. There was no haggling and we felt like we were treated with respect. Some dealers make you feel like they are doing you a favor. In fact, I should mention we walked around a very well known luxury lot in Fresno for over 20 minutes looking for someone. I guess we must look like hillbillies because when we were finally approached, the person said they would have to go look for someone to help us. No one ever returned. The car we wanted to look at was over $70,000. Go figure. Back to Selma Honda, the opposite was the case. Everyone was so friendly and not the "I need to make the sale" friendly. You know exactly what I'm talking about. It was such a pleasant, seamless process. They gave us a fantastic deal and even worked with us on financing so we wouldn't have to go back with our credit union rate. Once we agreed on the price, we met with Ramiro. Dang!!! This guy is a wizard. Fast, no pressure, no attempt for add ons, just as smooth as a fresh jar of skippy, in a good way. Again, the energy was so positive and upbeat. I HATE car buying. So does the hubby but we left in such a good mood! As for the car, it is a show stopper. All the bells and whistles of a luxury sedan and a very sexy look. My grandson calls it "Papa's Batmobile." I will be purchasing more cars from Selma Honda. It is such a short drive for such a great experience! Trust me.

Employees are great and friendly, they help you help out spec out the car that you like, but the mark ups are excessive. I was looking for a vehicle and they were marking it up almost $9,000. The manager comes over and he is rude he did not let me speak and try to negotiate. If you can avoid getting a car here I would. Clovis has way better deals that's where I ended up getting my new car

The team receiving the cars, Techs and advisors preparing the paperwork are very attentive, courteous and take care of my issue fast, right to the point. I really appreciate how fast they work without compromising quality. That is very important to me. We have bought several cars from Selma Honda over the years and have found it's worth the drive to Selma to get service here as well. Fair prices, strong communication, quick turnarounds, and trust that they're going to do what the car actually needs, no more and no less. I won't go anywhere else! Thank you Selma Honda!! Recently purchased a brand new 2023 Honda Accord Touring in Canyon River Blue. The staff at Selma Honda were awesome and worked with our needs to find a new vehicle that would be excellent for commuting. The dealership offered an excellent selection of color choices, trims, and different models to chose from and never tried to upsell you into looking into a model. Big shout out to George, that helped set aside our Accord and 2023 Civic Si for us to test drive and experience. We went with the Accord as it was a better value; and I had to realize I am longer 18! Haha Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and worked with our needs and budget to ensure we walked away happy! Highly recommend if you are in the need of a new or used car! Thank you again George, Fred, Jesus, Kevin, Robert, and the entire team at Selma Honda!

Beware - this dealer will try to push a $1000 Low Jack subscription on you as a "mandatory" purchase from the bank. In reality it is optional purchase. Low Jack is not required at all by Honda Financing if you are buying the car. They have a knowledgeable staff and great financing reps, I just don't like untrue comments in negotiation. Be willing to walk away.

I would like to shout out an employee from the service department, Josh! I took my car in today to get checked out for making a terrible noise and was very nervous about what it could be since it's a brand new car. Josh had the car checked out and in 10 minutes he had let us know what the problem was. Right away he had the car fixed very quickly and overall we were there for about 30 minutes! I had a little pebble stuck in between my rotator and Josh personally brought it out to me haha! Overall he's a great employee, very profesional, and very kind!!! He deserves a raise for the way he is able to handle difficult customers, like my mother lol. Way to go Josh! :D

Good people overall. Service unfortunately is really bad. Appointment set for 8am appointment to claim warranty on my compressor & condenser, AC broke twice within 6 months. Came 7:55am told my car will be in the shop right away for repair. It was baking under the sun from 8am to 11:30am. Went in their shop 11:31am. Yes i track my car. I was told to make the schedule early to get the repair done as car need to be in the shop early the reason why I have 8am appointment. All lies. Zero point bringing it in early. Wasted waking up early. Will not recommend this service location.

Worst experience ever my wife recently purchased her second vehicle from the Honda in the Selma automall we decided to return because our first car buying experience was amazing but that all changed my wife purchased her certified used 2020 Honda Civic sport and three months later the car battery goes bad so we contact the dealer and they advise to bring it in and have it tested and as expected the battery is bad so we ask the sales department if they would help with the cost of the battery since we just bought the car and put so much money down to buy it and their response was if it happened the next day after the sale they would but since three months had passed they would not do anything me and my wife are disappointed with this bad business why would we buy a certified used car and have extended warranty and pay to have that and three months of just purchasing the vehicle it start to have issues we are really disappointed hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else we were under the impression of buying a certified used car we would have a reliable vehicle but that was not the case
