Crazy . Went to pick up my vehicle from service car was boxed in with other cars and nobody could find keys to these cars so my car can be moved out . Not very organized place

The service department is really lousy and they don't return calls or messages. I took the truck in at the end of February for an oil leak that started on the timing cover. The service guy told me it would be couple of days. Those couple of day became closer to a month. I got the truck back after the flood storms moved some equipment around and about a week later noticed it was leaking again. I called them up he he told me bring the truck in so they can look at it again so I did. I told him I could not leave the truck at that time because we needed it. He told me they would call when the parts came in. I never got a call. Three months later I called them back said they would be in on 7/17/2023. I called them they said trying to locate them. Finally a day or two later they got the parts. I scheduled for the truck to go in on 7/31/2023 Monday. I ask the Robert guy to keep me updated. Monday and Tuesday went by I called at the end of the day with the exception on Tuesday I called twice left a voicemail no call back. Wednesday called twice voicemail again. No call back. Friday I called again receptionist said can you hold I said no I want to speak with Robert. She said he was currently with another client can I take a message. I told her what good is that if they don't call you back! We finally talk to the manager to get an update. They also left grease stains all over the truck. They ordered parts to fix a leak took 3 months to get them. They said it was the banjo clips on the injector. I don't know I'm really considering to trade the truck in for a Chevy Duramax diesel.

Great service! Selma Dodge was able to get me in right away, I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Hilda and Christopher Newton were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend going to them for your service needs.

If I could give zero star I would. Took 3 weeks to get my car fixed. We had to keep calling to get an update. They said waiting on a part but what part takes 3 weeks unless they are making it from scratch. Then when my brother went to pick it up they wouldn't let him pay with credit card because he is not the owner but he was allowed to drop it off and authorize them to fix it. They were willing to take cash not card because of some issue with the Chevy dealerships. I own a Dodge not a Chevy so make that policy for Chevy who has the scammers. The policy changed the day before but we weren't told that before hand. Also if they didn't have my car for 3 weeks wouldn't have been an issue because we would've picked up before the policy change.

I set an appointment up with someone over the phone (apt was dec 6th ) who was extremely awesome. But then the day of my appointment I brought my car in and needed it serviced due to a check engine light (evap leak) that my shop said was under warranty. I dropped my car off whenever the service dept opened and was told I'd be called about one or 2 PM with an update. My friend came to pick me up and I left. I never got an update so I had to call to get one and they said they were working on whatever the problem was (a hose). I was told I would only be charged the service fee to get my car diagnosed which was 100% accurate. I'm upset that I had to call for an update. I figured the repair wouldn't take too long so I had my friend drop me back off at this time. It was about 1:30 PM. I sat in the lobby till about 4:40 PM and still did not get a phone call so I had to walk around to the service department and ask about my car they said my car was ready but the part they fixed was not the correct part. Why was I never called ? I was pretty upset because I needed my part fixed for an out of town but was told the part would be in in about 10 business days. My friend who owns a shop ended up fixing the part when I left that day from Selma. today is December 25 and I still have not received a call regarding the part that I was assured I'd be called on when it came in. The customer service, and the service I received was horrible and I never got an update about my car when it was being serviced and never got an update about the part. I do not recommend this service center to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband bought a brand new 2021 ram 1500 from them with the added pumper to pumper warranty. There is less than 12,000 miles on the truck. We took it in because the seal on the front windshield was allowing rain and moisture to gather on the inside window when trying to defrost. They have made us reschedule and bring the truck back 3 times and leave it all day. Still they never got it fixed finally we got tired of the run around and called another company to fix the issue. At all cost please avoid the Chrysler/ ram service department and stay far away from mike. He lies and does not hold to his word then says he never said things he clearly did say. Very bad manners and rude. Will never buy another vehicle here

I had the worst experience here. In July I dropped off my 2008 Grand Cherokee that had died while driving. They diagnosed the issue in about two weeks, after telling me it would take 1 and not hearing a peep from them whole time. The part was on backorder, so we had to wait. After many months and delays from the backorder, they ultimately told me they wouldn't repair the vehicle. They wouldn't even do an install on the part if I acquired a third party one, which is somewhat understandable but very frustrating. I had the vehicle towed away, and I was looking under the hood when I noticed they had left the power modules disassembled and the battery was missing. Of course, you can never get these guys on the phone so I had to drive over there in my rental car just to let them know. I finally found a different shop that would look at the car and they fixed it in a week. I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I didn't completely blame the dealership for the backorder, but the level of customer service and transparency from the mechanic that fixed my vehicle was such a stark contrast to the dealership I had to say something. I would not recommend you get your vehicle serviced here.

I am so disappointed with this place. I bought my jeep there and it was used. They failed to disclose to me it was a previous rental car. Recently my car radio went out and it is covered under warranty. Everytime I try and call they leave me on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes looking for someone to help me. Two or more occasions hung up on me. I work full time so the time I have spent t trying to get any help has been completely stressful. Bottom line I am still waiting for the part to come in and am told different dates each time. Are they waiting for my warranty to run out??? I will never buy from this place again. I may have to have my lawyer step in.if I were a man I am sure it would have been fixed by now.

HORRIBLE! The sales guy was amazing but after purchasing the vehicle it was downhill from there. When the vehicle was purchased a mirror was broken 2 months later It's still broken. I've tried speaking to parts department horrible service. i spoke to the service department many times The same guy answered the phone rude guy! id give you his name so you can avoid him but each time i asked for his name he transferred me he even transferred me ones to there voicemail after he had answered. i had 3 different people give them the due bill yet somehow they still need it. 2 months later and i also don't get my registration or my tags for the vehicle because " They are waiting on paper work from whoever they bought the vehicle from" like how can you sell a car in a dealership and don't have all the paper work needed to sell it. I've bought many vehicles in the past and i've never had this type of customer service. I will never recommend this dealership and i will NEVER be making any type of business here ever again.

Do not go here for trade ins, they will WASTE your time. Drove 2 hours because they said they would match KBB on my brand new truck with a bunch of add ons for something more heavy duty but base model. Next day they call to say they can trade but numbers will be way different, practically asking to bend us over because they can’t more than auction price. Is this not something they would know beforehand l? Before telling me they pay KBB prices, asking me to screen shot and send what KBB is looking like and then begging me to come in because they can do this no problem just to call the next day and try to get me to give my truck away to them when there’s no value in the exchange.
