i do all my shopping at Home Depot. I usually enjoy shopping there. this last visit when I walked in everyone in the customer service desk were busy talking to each other. I had to make a return and this guy with an attitude advised me that they do not give cash back anymore for any returns. most if the people that work at the customer service department have always been so helpful. I shop there so much I do t understand why all of a sudden they decided to change the policy.

In need of a locked mailbox. Saw the product on line. Went to store. Nobody to help me ... found mailbox. Price was different than on line price. Needed pole attachment. Asked 3 representative to please send me someone to this aisle ( me doing all the running around store trying to find someone) waited over 30 minutes....NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP TO HELP ME... SERIOUSLY???? I eventually left. WITHOUT ANY MAILBOX OR ATTACHMENTS!!! Please do better. Your customer service is NON EXISTENT!!!

The Garden Department had the BEST Customer Service I have ever seen. The Garden Supervisor Maya helped pick out the perfect Christmas Tree. I would leave a 100 more Stars if I could for Maya who made our Christmas amazing with the Tree and her incredible Customer SERVICE along with Travis and JR in that Department.

Asked if a piece of sheetrock could be be cut down. Employee stated the store doesn't have anything that can cut through sheetrock. Looking for a staff member to help find something, guy walked by made eye contact and looked the other way till he passed me. Quality workers right there. I'll stick with visalia store.
