Staff is friendly with a good service to customer but they don't really have tools for you to use for some parts to remove. I needed a battery after they checked it and needed replacement, asked them if they had a tool to remove it and take the core inside, they did not have any but some pliers but that was going to damage the terminals. Went to autozone and they let me use tools and swapped the battery on the spot. Napa auto should improve in having tools for minor repairs that can be done there so customers can be on their way as fast as possible without having to go home remove the part and Bing it back to checknits the same or for the core refund.
