Purchased a car from them. The deal fell through 3 weeks later because they claimed the bank revoked the loan. Car was returned and they have been giving us the run around about returning our down payment for 4 days now. They keep claiming the owner needs to sign and conveniently he hasn't been available to do so. They're all sneaky and have poor customer service. Of course I'm not going to be pleasant anymore! Would never send anyone to them

The 20 year 200K warranty is not what they say it is. My truck is barely a year old with transmission issues and they won't even cover it. Wouldn't buy from this place ever again.

Tried to buy a vehicle here but their tactics were so unethical it took me 2 months to calm down just to write this. The sticker price is a joke, they add thousands of dollars on top and they tell you it's mandatory. Mandatory LoJack for over a thousand, maintenance contract over thousand, extended warranty thousands, just kept adding up to where this vehicle is out of my price range. I then asked them to show me a vehicle that is in my price range and they actually were trying to force me to take this vehicle even though it is now way out of my budget. The "manager" (some guy with an accent, not sure if French or could be fake), wouldn't take no for a answer. I told him my monthly budget and if they couldn't find a vehicle in that ballpark then let me leave. He said to just make 3 payments and then you can always refinance to a better rate for your budget, He kept saying "I guarantee it!" "I promise!" Such a liar and a fake!!!!

Had a great experience with the manager Jiovani and the sales representative Juan. I would highly recommend this dealership and would come back for any further purchases in the future. Thank you so much for making everything work out just the way I wanted. I'm leaving today very happy!

I selling my Chevrolet. There were a couple of items wrong with it. To maximize the value of the car I had Liberty Chevrolet local dealership (Selma CA) Go through the car, fix the items, and fix anything else they might find wrong with it I put an entry into Kelly Blue Book about selling my car. I put all the particulars in - make, model, year, mileage. The car has no scratches, dents, and I had had it recently detailed to make it the most presentable for resale. This entry into Kelly Blue Book led to me receiving an offer from Liberty Chevrolet for the amount of 11,625. Note that this is the same dealership that had done repairs on the car. I was asked to bring in the car so that Liberty Chevrolet could examine it. They did their examination and said that the most they could pay me with 7500. We got into a discussion as to why such a discount. The appraiser said that because of the mileage they would not be able to sell it on their lot. They would have to send it to auction. Then why have me bring it in for an exam - you already had the mileage. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Liberty Chevrolet asking if I was still interested in selling them my car. I said no because I didn't feel that I had not been ethically dealt with previously. They had already inspected the car and made me a low offer. Why are you calling me again? The girl the phone did not seem to have much of an answer so I asked to talk to a manager. The "manager" said the price is probably discounted because they found something wrong with the car. I responded that your own shop did all inspection/repairs. Then he said that the offer came from Kelly Blue Book - not from Liberty. I responded that the offer had Liberty Chevrolet on it. Lot of excuses/contradictions. They were unethical in their dealings. I felt that this is a form of bait and switch. I also felt cheated that their own service shop did about $1500 in repairs. Now I am suspect if the repair shop is honest.

Complete waste of time. Promise one thing but can't actually execute the deal. Manager should have some training on how to deal with salesman who provide empty promises.

LYING, DECEIVING, BAIT AND SWITCH. I had an appointment with Rene at 10:30 am. We spoke the night before about a lease and had specified what monthly amount the lease payment would be, how much down, etc. He showed me options of what cars qualify for this specific lease deal and the only thing I needed to figure out was what color vehicle I wanted. I get to the dealership on time for our appt to find out Rene is not there. Someone else helps me and goes over our previous text messages. He says none of the cars qualify for this lease and our agreed upon lease deal has now doubled in price/month. An ABSOLUTE complete waste of time, miles, gas, etc. The manager did nothing to take responsibility for the false information I was given by his salesman. It was a complete bait and switch. If you would like to waste your time then go here. If you would like to get stood up, ask for Rene.

For further clarification on my sons review, John R., the purchased was on 03/22/22. My son was there with me at the time of the purchase to help assist me in choosing the right truck. I have yet to hear about any parts being ordered.

Family just bought a truck from here. Good customer service until after the deal and sale was complete. Been trying to figure out when a parts where going to arrive (as part of our contract). Been getting the run around with voicemails and no one seems to answer their phones. Tried to call there parts department and they have no idea about the parts in questions because sales didn't relay that information. Left a message for their finance person to call me back earlier and would you have guess it. They were gone for the day. Absolutely BS. Also read the fine print on the window sticker. Didn't know that some of the chips were not in the truck. So some features don't work. The sales person didn't mention this. I had to go and ask why a $60k truck wasn't working. Would of been nice to know this from the start Truly disappointed.

Unfair trade in value done on my husbands truck, They are making it difficult to get our custom rims back even though I told them multiple times during the paperwork when we were buying a new truck.

This is 100% bullshit!!! Your are flat out lying! Your KBB rep - Dayanna - stated the car was in excellent condition. You simply need to tell people in your online replies that you will compare to Carmax and others and the KBB offer is estimated on a national level and not necessarily the local value. BLATANT LIE about damage. You should apologize about your lies of our vehicle. Simply misleading and untrue. Poor business lying about a situation.

I am a pharmacist and pharmacy manager for a chain retail pharmacy. I am extremely busy weekly and I have limited availability. My AC in my Chevrolet Tahoe stopped working suddenly. No AC my driving in this hot weather very difficult. I called Fresno and Clovis Chevrolet to schedule an appointment but unfortunately they told me I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get me in. I didn't give up and I was desperate so I called Selma Chevrolet and I was so lucky to speak to Austin. Austin got me in days and checked my car then ordered the part needed rapidly and within days he got the part and got me in next day and got my AC fixed. I am finally able to travel my car to work comfortably with a working AC. Thank you so much Austin for your professional, accurate, and caring character. You did win me as a loyal customer for fixing and buying my cars from Selma Chevrolet

KBB on my grandfathers car was 16000 trade in and had multiple offers around 13-15 and they offer 8000. They are straight crooks.
