Phoebe not only took care of what we needed she also gave me three suggestions on where to go for an item they did not carry. I realize the staff and the store itself is different from when I was growing up, but the friendly service is still the same after 50+ years. THANK YOU

Owner pharmacist and visiting pharmacist were disrespectful and cared not to return call. They refused to give a dose over weekend due to doctor office had not called in my refill. They do as a courtesy for as long as I had been going there 32 years! So visiting pharmacist said no because he did not know me personally and refused to call owner. This pharmacy is going down the drain and every year it gets worse. Others have left this pharmacy too from what I hear.

Went for eye drops didn't have the brand I can use, but it's a nice drug store, it wasn't the store fault I can only use one kind, that I was told to use by my eye Dr, it's a brand a lot of places don't carry.

Local pharmacy with a section with inspirational gifts and knick knacks. I used to use Fox Drugs long ago, switched to Walgreens, Rite Aid then decided to give this a chance again. I dropped off my prescription on Friday and waited for them to call me when it was ready because they hadn't received it from my eye doctor. After a few days, I finally decided to swing by and check on the eyedrops my optometrist prescribed to me for my irritated eyeball since I never got a call back after dropping them off. I remember the young girl telling me she would specifically write "call when ready" to avoid any delays. I walked in there to make sure there were no errors or maybe my insurance wasn't covering that type. Any who I walked in and they had it ready but hadn't called me. They had the right number too. Boo. Kinda upset because I needed those drops, but I guess it's kinda my fault too. Miscommunication sucks sometimes but I got my drops. Next time I'll call them instead of waiting for the phone call.
