Bought a 2023 Yukon Denali. They never cleaned the inside or outside upon delivery. Had to was it myself. After washing found water stains on windows and trim and it would not come off and found chips in the paint. Also paid for a protective coating for the outside and inside of the vehicle. They said they would contact me to get it put on. They never did. I have been contacting them with no one making an effort to fix the problems. It's been almost 4 weeks now.

We had a great experience at Fahrney Buick with Gilbert and Gurdeep! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the salesman to the finance guy! We will be purchasing there again when we are ready for another vehicle!

Had a DEF temp sensor replaced on my GMC diesel truck. I needed my truck back quickly and Iliana in the Service Dept. made it happen. She kept me updated and got me back on the road when I needed to.

I came to Fahrney last week to look at GMC Sierra’s to decide if it is what I want. Will Pearce was the team member who helped me. He was super helpful and respectful. He gave me all the information I needed to choose the trim that was right for my needs. When I am ready to purchase, I will definitely be asking for Will.

I called and was told the vehicle is available. After they figured out that I'm really interested in buying the vehicle I got a call back from one of sales staff and was told 4000$ of the price i was told.And they said it's sold.Later I asked my friend to call them they said it's available and again told him the low price. After that I called back again to figure it out and after I told them that they just told my friend it's still available and the price is 25.690 not 30.000$ as they told my. They quickly just told me that that vehicle has just been sold )))

Very good experience Willie sales person was very professional and friendly! Ismael and Gurdeep two of the managers were very professional and made it happen! Overall very good experience! Definitely would be coming back!Jose from finance not so much,He was very pushy, and very adamant wanting us, to buy extra protection, after we had told him many times no we were not interested. It was very upsetting. Then after he had mentioned to us that it was something that he was required to say even though his actions said another thing. Very rude. One thing is to say in another thing is to push and push after people had told you NO.

All staff works together and hard to get you the best price for what you want. Definitely recommend them. Steven did not waste my time like other sales men. He asked what I wanted and told me what he could do for me. Keep his word all the way. He kept me posted, and communicated until the day our truck arrived. Very satisfied with Steven.

Deeply Disappointed by Lack of Resolution and Poor Customer Service I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as my experience with Fahrney GMC has been far from satisfactory. Last year, in October, my wife and I purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse from this dealership with high hopes. However, our experience since then has been marked by ongoing issues, lack of resolution, and poor customer service. From day one, we noticed unusual engine noises and encountered problems with the air conditioning system. The promise made before we left the lot to schedule a service appointment for the car to address these concerns remained unfulfilled. When we finally attempted to get the air conditioner fixed, we were told that our coverage didn't apply, and we were directed back to the sales department. This is where our ordeal truly began. Contacting sales became a series of frustrating runarounds. The hopeful attitude we started with began to wane, and we felt increasingly disheartened. As we watched, our hopes for resolution dwindled, and our vehicle's problems persisted, growing worse by the day. Our concern for the safety and reliability of the vehicle deepened. We chose Fahrney GMC based on their acclaimed reputation for outstanding customer service, a reputation they proudly tout on their website. The emphasis on customer satisfaction and vehicle performance were central factors in our decision to choose this dealership. Sadly, our experience has fallen drastically short of these expectations. Throughout the months, we have made numerous attempts to seek assistance, but each time we found ourselves relegated to the back burner. The disregard for our concerns has been disheartening, especially given the substantial investment we made in the vehicle and the trust we initially placed in the dealership. The growing engine noise and the potential danger posed by a failing motor mount have heightened our worries. As responsible parents, our utmost priority is the safety and reliability of our family's transportation. It is with profound frustration and disappointment that I write this review, expressing the frustration that has mounted over time. The fact that nearly a year has passed since our purchase with no resolution in sight is truly perplexing and distressing. While we acknowledge that vehicle issues can arise, the commitment to customer satisfaction that Fahrney GMC purports to uphold has, in our case, proven to be mere words. We genuinely hope that the dealership can comprehend the seriousness of our situation and extend the assistance and attention that our vehicle so desperately needs to ensure its safe and efficient operation. We are formally requesting immediate action to address the ongoing problems we're encountering with our 2016 Chevy Traverse. Our expectation is that the reliable transportation we were promised will be restored. We entrust the dealership to prioritize our concerns and work towards their prompt resolution. We eagerly await a response from Fahrney GMC and hope for a timely resolution to our ongoing concerns. Our aspiration is to amend this review and eventually share a positive, five-star testimonial that reflects an exemplary turnaround story.

I had a great experience at Fahrney Buick in Selma. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and responsive especially the sales representative, Anthony Garcia. He really went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and the process went smoothly.

August 18, 2023 We had the best experience at Farney GMC in Selma, we were helped by the Manager Gurdeep and Anthony G***** the salesman, we were honest with him about what we wanted and he was honest with us about what he could do for us, and he went to bat for us, it is nice to find there are honest salesmen, we purchased a GMC Sierra pick up, if you want to be treated like a person and you want honesty just ask for Anthony G***** ..... he has old school ways and respects the people old and young Anthony is the people's THOR :) lol he will fight for you and do his best to give you a good deal....Thank you, ALL***** * ***** ****** Happy Customers
