Very disappointed in the service today. Basically 20 people in line 1 teller. Two mangers just hanging out trying to look busy. One at the teller area, one in the customer service area. At one point there was nobody at the service tellers as BOTH the manager and teller go into the back to get more money for withdrawals. I didn't know it took 2 people to do that. Don't understand why the 2 managers couldn't just get on a teller to help us so we wouldn't have to wait in line so long. It's funny that there are signs saying they are \"Obsessed with Customers.\" Yeah, obsessed with wasting our time more like it.

Question to Harviy Lopez. If you can write in English, or translate in English why should the person have to understand you? YOU, or whomever needs to hold accountability. I have done business with Citi Bank since 2013. I find all of them very friendly, and helpful.

I've had an account with them for over 10 years and I have never had any issues they don't have as many locations as they did back in the day but it's nice to be able to stop in once in a while in a world where almost everyone does mobile baking it's nice to be able to go into a branch especially if you need foreign currency they are able to get it for you the next day for I believe a 15 dollar fee which is totally not bad, I also have a credit card with them that I am able to use when I travel out of the country

I was across the street at the chiropractor when Google asked me to review Citibank. It looks nice from the outside I can't really give it a fair rating though.

On October 28, 2013 around 1:00PM my mother went to the bank to cash a check and make a deposit. When she got to the teller cashed the check, my mother paused to count the money and then was about to ask and then asked to make a deposit. When she asked to make a deposit the teller yelled at my mother in spanish " I ASKED YOU IF THAT WAS IT AND YOU SAID YEAH!!!". My mother being polite simply told her in Spanish "if you are going to react like that, i'll get back in line and have someone else help me." And my mother did just that. The manager just observed my mother go back and line and watched her be serviced by someone else. The manager probably did not understand spanish so that i'll forgive. But training tellers is his responsibility and no one should be treated like that. I blame the the teller, management and the organization and I will be escalating this incident to the very top. So do not a recommended bank.
