Rude! If you have no staff to answer calls and your in a appointment why would you answer the call to take away from your client in office. Not helpful at all. I will never go back here again

I did taxes with this lady a couple years. After the last visit I’m never going there. She filed my taxes completely wrong where i got into a mess with the irs. I had to go correct it at the irs office in fresno and the irs lady told me whoever filed my taxes last completely screwed it up. I had to have her fix and update everything but I’m still stuck paying some fees and penalties. So people beware when going to this lady.

My husband and I have been going to Christina's Tax Services for about 3 years now. We were referred to her by a family friend and we haven't looked back since! She's very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. She tends to get very busy during Tax Season, so it is better to set up an appointment if possible. We were just there this past Saturday morning as a walk-in, and didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes total, including the processing time. She is also available after Tax Season for any questions that you may have. I once sent her a text message and she answered promptly and helped me with my question. Will definitely be back with for many years to come and keep recommending friends and family to her.

Love coming here to do my taxes because Cristina is very quick and prompt. It is best to make an appointment so you don't have to wait long. She can get pretty busy at the height of tax season. She will help you add anything that is relevant to the tax paper work process to make sure you get the most back. Cristina is professional and friendly and can get you in and out in 15-20 mins depending on what and how many you're doing your taxes. I have been coming here for 5 years now and is always satisfied with the outcome of my returns.

This woman is absolutely trash. I’m guessing she is making more money screwing us over than correcting her mistakes. Will not be returning back to her. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully her business shuts down soon
