Horrible service!!! Poor management for mediocre arrangements. Normally I try to shop local & for years I have given Bloomies my business because of that! but for a manager/owner/part owner or whatever she was to give attitude because I’m asking questions & trying to resolve issues that they’re staff made was unacceptable.prior to ordering I made sure that the flowers can be delivered by a certain time before buying them. I was even told if they’re not delivered by that time I can pick em up myself & deliver them. I even took the day off just in case.On V-Day when I found out they wer not delivered I asked if I can pick them up! she responds by Telling me that my wife will get em right before she goes home!! This is not what someone wants to hear. especially, when I payed over $200 for an arrangement! & made sure 1 week before Valentine’s Day! That they would be done by 11/12 noon. I even asked if they knew or can tell me what time they might be done, she got mad & replied No I can’t & that my wife would get em before she goes home!,.you would think a flower shop would know & understand the point of sending flowers to someone at work!! & it’s not because she doesn’t have a home address!For some reason She was scheduling deliveries based on what time their customers wer leaving home! Pushing it back as long as they can. As long as they receive em before they get to their cars I guess! All because of poor management. But hey Negative people equal negative results! It is no wonder why she was still making arrangements that wer ordered a week ago! Don’t take on what you can’t fulfill..when someone doesn’t have the verbal skills to communicate because they’re busy or overwhelmed is sad & un professional!

I don't live locally, but grew up in the area. My sister had just gotten word that she got the job she was gunning for so I decide to try and send her some congratulatory flowers that day (this was at noon). This was a Friday, so I thought if they were able to do it on Saturday, that would be great. They told me that they would be able to have them delivered that day and would put together a nice bouquet. A couple hours later, they called me to say that my sister wasn't home and if they should just leave them on the bench near the front door. I agreed and was so surprised at how fast they delivered. The lady who helped me (her name escapes me) was kind, cordial and made me feel like it was absolutely no problem -- and it wasn't. She made it happen quickly and I really appreciate it. I would definitely go to them again!

I love this place already just got off the phone with them to make last-minute arrangements, and they helped me! They also deliver, which was a plus for me. As soon as I called, I was greeted and was understood to my liking. With plenty of options to choose from, there is something you'd like, give them a call; you will not be disappointed. Support the local businesses.

Really lovely and amazing flower shop to come and check out not expensive like many places around. Only bad thing is they are closed on weekends so plan ahead for what you need!

Call in advance! They are very busy when it comes to holidays or funerals (especially with covid)We lost a family member and setting up all sorts of arrangements is one of the hardest things things do but Cheryl and Yesenia at Bloomie's are knowledgeable and their customer service makes you feel taken care. Plus, they're arrangements are beautiful? Nice to have a local floral & gifts shop?

Piss poor. I called on Friday, February 12 to see if they would have hours on Saturday since I work on Saturday and have a two hour lunch. The woman was nice on the phone and told me they will be open until five. I arrived at the shop at 12:30 to try to get an arrangement put together and I was told they would be taking new work orders for roses. I offered to buy one of their pre-arranged arrangements and then asked if they could add flowers to the roses I'd already purchased. I was told that they could not because the roses were a certain size. At that point a short, rude woman from the back came out and put her hands together and spoke to me in a very condescending way. They treated me as if I were a constant pain in their butts, though I'd never been there before. I would rather throw my money in the trash then give it to them.
