Carol was a great help! In October 2018 I was in town only for a short while and she worked with my schedule to allow for me to look at some local properties I was interested in. She was very communicative and gave very detailed directions regarding location of the office and the properties we were looking at. Would recommend!

We made an appointment with Melissa to see 3 cabins in rural Seiad Valley. We drove 700 miles to meet the agent, Melissa at the first of 3 properties. We e-mailed the address to make sure there was no confusion as to where we were to meet. We waited 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon meeting time. We left a note saying we would continue on and meet her at the second property. We could not find the actual house at the second property, so we pulled into her office address parking lot, hoping someone there could help us find the agent Melissa, or the property. There was no cell service in this area. Some angry guy came running down from the white cabins up the hill from the closed real estate office and punched our truck window. He was screaming profanities at us to get off his lawn, while we were trying to turn around in the snow, and get the heck out of there. Melissa finally texted my husband 3 hours after the agreed upon meeting time, saying she was on her way. We had already headed back down south, and will never deal with this Real Estate agent or Agency again.

I NEVER DID SEE A PRICE OR A PICTURE THIS SITE WAS REALLY HARD to get any info and yes I am looking to buy some property there soon.sure would have to liked to get information I was looking for ...well on to the nextonly the web site I never did see a pic
