This Trust account was set up at the Sebastopol Branch. After the arduous work we had to do in order to settle a Trust at the Rohnert Park Branch, we found many slips of paper in our deceased loved one's papers. Questionable ATM withdrawals. Evidence of her calls and letters HQ to find out about the questionable withdrawal of money. She was very old school. Checked and double checked every statement, recorded every purchase, every deposit, and balanced the check book religiously. They couldn't pull the questionable withdrawals of money on her, and it seems as if she was reimbursed eventually. I gave this information to our lawyer, who is looking into it. Make sure they don't do it to you. Check your statement from any financial institution you go to.

I have banked w/Westamerica for 12 years. In Sebastopol, there is a drive through and a main branch w/NO HANDICAPPED PARKING. I am a Senior and handicapped and regularly need quarters for laundry. Last year I was able to get quarters from the drive through, and they stopped offering quarters (in exchange for $). It is ridiculous to need to go to another bank to get quarters when I bank w/Westamerica. It is obviously time to switch to another bank--one that serves the handicapped without undue difficulty.

I began as a customer at WestAmerica Bank in the 80's in Marin County, and have kept my accounts with them all these years. I've always appreciated the stellar customer service and importantly, have appreciated the convenience of the drive-thru windows for banking services on Saturdays.
