It’s a bit disappointing when you come inside and only 1 teller is helping clients with 5 more in line waiting while 3 employees sitting at their desks … I’m sure they have work to do but letting clients wait for 15-20 min is just not very customer service oriented

Accidentally left my card and ID on the counter. I wasn’t even 2 blocks away after having left when the bank manager personally called to let me know. Customer service is fantastic!

Rude tellers. Won’t let you see a banker unless you have an appointment. Won’t let you try and wait to see if someone becomes available. Then they tell you to make an appointment for next week. Worst branch ever.

Joe one of the staff there went above and WAY beyond what was required to meet my needs all I can only say is you need more people like him an incredible worker and defuser unbelievable skills being able to de escalate my bad attitude and believe me I have a bad one thanks again Joe this is why I have kept you as my bank for 23 years thank you Wells Fargo and Joe

I had questions with my loans and Josh Sanchez helped me out last week and I was pleasantly suprised at the close attention to detail and professionalism he presented me with. I have had trouble with bankers in the past- feeling like My needs had not been met but I will be returning to this location from my positive experience.

I have been banking with the Sebastopol Branch for years for my business and personal account. I have always been taken care of by their personnel and management. My accounts had gotten compromised by an wifi atm and was badly hacked. Their team worked with me to make sure my accounts were all closed and set up new ones quickly to minimize the loss. In addition all of the losses were covered including associated fees. They have been very helpful processing wire transfers and setting me up with the best business credit cards possible. Each time I visit I find the staff to always be friendly and prompt in processing my transactions. When I require additional services their specialized team members have been very effective. Its appreciated to have a staff that recognizes their customers and value relationships.

I'm sorry to say that I've had multiple bad experiences here, one with a Caucasian women who was extremely impolite and rude, and another today with a young Hispanic male, whom had a slicked back haircut in a small pony tail, with buzzed sides. (Just for reference. I haven't seen name tags being worn here.) The woman just had an outright bad attitude and never smiled once. She did not seem to be having personal issues, she honestly seemed to be looking me up and down while judging me with an unattractive scowl on her face. I'll admit, I wasn't looking my best. I had been gardening all day and forgot to deposit my paycheck in time to pay my rent, so I wasn't dressed to impress to say the least. Still, that gives her no excuse to judge me, and she went out of her way to make her passive aggression palpably obvious. Today, I had a very short interaction with the young Hispanic male I described earlier. I will say that he was friendly and kind, UP UNTIL THE MOMENT HE REFERRED TO ME AS "SIR"? I do not look or sound like a man. I've even included at picture for reference. I do not appreciate being mistaken for a man when I DO NOT RESEMBLE A MAN IN ANY WAY! This has never happened to me before, I do not know if he misspoke or was just being purposely offensive, but something about his demeanor and choice of words SCREAMED out that he was just trying to hurt my feelings. Instead of complaining to his manager, I felt this would be a better outlet to share my experience. If you can use another Wells Fargo, I recommend you do. The people that have helped me, each time I've used this location, have made their personal judgments my problem, AND IM SUPPOSED TO BE THE CUSTOMER!!! Obviously their customers don't really matter to them, or they'd treat them better. Disappointing to say the least.

The Bank Manager Josh is very harassing. Makes a lot of sexual comments towards Males customers. Told Me he has "A Place" in the back to relax.
