It’s a bit disappointing when you come inside and only 1 teller is helping clients with 5 more in line waiting while 3 employees sitting at their desks … I’m sure they have work to do but letting clients wait for 15-20 min is just not very customer service oriented

They make their own hours, closed when they want too. Rude manager, and everyone there Would go to patelco or RCU

Accidentally left my card and ID on the counter. I wasn’t even 2 blocks away after having left when the bank manager personally called to let me know. Customer service is fantastic!
