Do NOT rent a U-Haul from this location. We were overcharged and even with photo evidence of the starting mileage and fuel - they refused to update the receipt. We've spent hours on the phone/email with the company and still haven't been able to resolve. Terrible customer service and deceptive business practices.

We always use The Rental Place in Sebastopol for Uhaul, tools, and other short term rentals. Why? They get it done.

Dangerous! Renting their cargo vans as dwelling for addicts to live in, including using the bathroom. District manager Crystal Isakson is fully aware and allowing this to continue because apparently all they care about is making money and health and safety.
