I would seriously think twice about using Trejo Insurance services. For two years in a row Jose has been late in renewing our policy which has created a lapse in insurance and cancellation of our policy this year. We had an issue with our insurer wanting us to remove our diving board to reduce liability. I removed the board and sent pictures to Jose, but they were never forwarded to the insurance company. In April of this year, our insurer notified the bank, and I assume Jose, that they were not going to renew our policy. Jose never reached out that we were going to be needing to look for a new policy and obviously didn't take the time to work on it prior to the lapse. I am so unhappy with his lack of communication and follow through. He has not returned my calls for over three weeks and has not returned my emails.

Jose Antonio Is never available any more. Calls are never returned. Monthly premiums keep changing. When U call, after 3rd or 4th attempt they say well call right back. Takes them 3-4 days to do so. ! Just waiting on covered paid time to elapse to move on because I know if leave now, I won't get credit back!!!

Scam calls. They call random numbers to offer quotes, which is not legal. That's not professional.They make junk calls, they call random numbers to offer their service which is not legal to bother people who do not ask about their service. Nothing professional.
