“My pickup was towed to my mechanic who because of an emergency was not there. He called for my permission to drop there and as he left the scene he saw from his mirror a person breaking in and going through my stuff. He raced back as the thief got nervous and took off. Sebastopol Tow called me as well as the police and we're both waiting for me when I arrived. Driver Ernie could have taken off but went back to guard until police arrived. Beyond the call of duty, thanks Ernie and Sebastopol Tow!”

“I needed my brakes fixed because they were getting super squeaky while driving in and out of the parking space. It turns out, the brakes were rusty. Thankfully, I didn't need to get any of the rotors replaced. IMO, they're fair and honest. “5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I called for a tow, and after describing problem, the owner suggested he send someone to check the battery, and if that wasn't it then tow truck would be sent. He showed up in timely manner, it was indeed the battery, but all local shops were closed for weekend. He offered to go to store, purchase battery, return and install for me! Made my situation so much simpler to deal with than I anticipated. Great service, professional, friendly, efficient and trustworthy.”

My vehicle broke down on CA-1 and they were able to make it over in about 1.5 hours (reasonable given how remote I was).My driver Evan arrived at the expected time, was extremely friendly the whole time and able to get me some quick suggestions on where to take it to as well.Even though it took a little longer than expected to load and unload (as you can see he had to dig me out), they still charged me a fair price.If you're looking for an honest tow company in the area I'd recommend these guys!”

“On our way back from a camping trip from Lake Sonoma our boat trailer had 2 tires suddenly blow out. We were on the freeway and had our children and dogs with us. We called Diamond Roadside and didn't know what to do, as we had never had a flat on our boat trailer before. They came out and helped us, brought us water, the dogs a treat and gave my husband a ride to buy new tires for the boat. They returned and installed the new tires, without them we would have been stranded on the side of the 101 with small children, dogs and not knowing what to do. “After filling YP my car, it wouldn't start. Called my insurance roadside and they dispatched Performance Auto and he was there in about 40 minutes. Got my car started, but I still wanted to bring it to the Subaru dealership to make sure everything was ok. The tow truck driver ( forgot his name) was amazing.
