They take Venmo! It's a 50 cent surcharge but worth it to not have to dig for cash. They have ripe strawberries and cherries right now!!Can be busy to get in and out of but there is a decent sized parking area.

Strawberries sold here are always delicious and fresh! They often have other fresh produce for sale as well. I highly recommend Lao Strawberries.

I not only buy the best strawberries I've ever tasted here regularly, and bemoan the fate of harvest seasons when I'm out of season the rest of the year, but also happen to land in the Emergency Room when I consume too many non-organic items within a couple of weeks.Nothing bought here has ever triggered the allergy and I've pretty much lived off the strawberries some summers. So if the farm actually does 'spot-use' pesticides as has been reported, it isn't enough to make me choke when I try to swallow water, or to cause any sign of ANY topical distress.

Strawberries are on the "dirty dozen" list for pesticides. Lao lied to customers for years about not using pesticides but was exposed by individuals and a story in the West County Gazette as having used multiple pesticides on his farms. If you can't trust the word of a farmer about his practices he doesn't deserve your business.

This small and unassuming produce stand has incredible strawberries, although my understanding is that they are not organically grown. They also put out other produce. In addition to strawberries I got some incredible fresh garlic and red onions a couple of days ago. The staff are very friendly as well, so it's a joy to visit. And certainly a joy to eat their fresh and sweet just picked strawberries!

This is one of our favorite local fruit and veggie stands. Everything is fresh, pre-bagged and very reasonably priced. Large variety of seasonal items and usually bustling with other shoppers and staff, although checkout is quick and simple. They accept credit, debit cards and cash.
