“Fair prices. Although the gates are locked, the building doors are often open during the day. I liked this location and the place seemed adequate but I terminated my lease when a rat into my unit and right my feet. This is probably very common at many places, I just no longer really wanted to have a storage unit and had been looking for an excuse to leave I think.”

Set the entire thing up online. It was simple & quick! Even included the lock inside the unit when I got there. The unit was totally clean swept out.
The only issue I had was I having to stop and enter the gate code manually instead of the gate opening remotely via their app. Would totally recommend!!!”

“I had a unique situation on needing to get into one of my two storage units in a building which had no access due to a 3-day long power outage due to inclement weather. I desperately needed to drop of a large amount of storage which was time-sensitive. Associate/Manager Linda quickly set me up with a short-term (2-3 months) rental with an available outdoor access 10'x10' room. I appreciate that StoragePro just happened to be running a 2-months half price promotion. I was very satisfied with Linda's diligence and care in making all of this happen with no computers working due to the power outage. I've been a satisfied customer since April 2022. The Windsor, CA facility is kept well maintained and always very clean. -Andrew J Johnson”
“Husband and I rented a storage unit about eight years ago and came back again for a second time due to the low price and the friendly employees. Gates are open long hours. We've always had really good experiences working with Nick, he is a really nice guy. Sure, there are rodents, but don't all outdoor storage facilities have rodents? If we ever need to rent another storage unit, we will come back here again, and hopefully Nick will still be working here.”
“Reserved our unit online and Jay made the rest of the leasing process super simple and easy for my family and I. Jay showed us around and made sure we could access the gate as well as make sure we knew how to properly lock our unit before leaving. The customer service was amazing and the unit and environment were very clean. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family for their storage needs!”

“Fairly quickly after reserving (not even paying yet) a unit, I received a call was able to set a date to come in and get shown around and finalize the renting of the unit. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple times on site I observed them driving around the property to ensure everything was in order. “I used this storage to store all my belongings from my apartment for 1 year. The owners are really friendly and helped me choose an appropriate size when I was in between two different ones. Loved the security of the site and how clean the units were. I had my clothes in storage bins, but all my kitchenware in boxes and everything was intact when I moved into my new apartment 1 year later. I had a unit that was inside a corridor with a few other units and my storage was always super clean. Would definitely recommend Storage Master Self Storage!”

“They helped me with a long distance move from San Francisco to Portland OR. Hannah was great from the beginning, with good communication and upfront about information. I got quotes from two other companies. One quoted me 1-2k higher, and said that I was getting a good value with this company. The other quoted me 1.5k lower, but used very aggressive sales tactics and made me feel uncomfortable about trusting them with my move. Very happy I went with this service. They got my moving permit for me and navigated parallel parking on a very narrow SF street that has a light rail going by it. I packed myself and the movers, Anthony and Jesus, were polite and professional. They were communicative about delivery time, and got my things to me in a reasonable time, even when their truck broke down and they had to take it into the shop. All of my stuff was there, and when I thought a few things were missing, they knew by memory that they'd actually put those things in the wardrobe box I hadn't opened yet. Would use them again.”

Tana movers was very professional, The strong as heck staff moved my 1000lb (no exaggeration) 140 year old piano from the second floor of an equally old victorian to the ground, off to temporary storage did so with so much consideration, respect and care, it was an emotional experience for me, but they had it *completely* handled. I will be calling them again when i need it moved to my new place.... hopefully a single level!!!”

“Prices have gone up twice now in the several years I've stored with them. Other than closing fairly early imo (@9) I'd say a safe place to keep your stuff. Never had an incident yet. (Except the month I paid late due to confusion- and got locked out of property access. Staff is friendly. Need a pay online option tho...”
