Our experience with Melissa & Emma has been nothing short of extraordinary! Their professionalism, kindness, dedication to their industry is unmatched! The conscientiousness that they consistently demonstrated during my husband's transition into Medicare was outstanding. They sincerely offered guidance & gave us confidence in the choices we were making for him in an incredibly unfamiliar territory. This may sound cliché, but their expertise & friendly demeanor gave both of us such enormous peace of mind that we were making the best insurance decisions that we could for ourselves. They also went above & beyond helping me become the primary subscriber on my own market place plan. Melissa even reached out to me on her day off to make sure all the payments had been executed for the policies!

We had Melissa at Sackett & Associates advise us on what health insurance plans we should get to supplement our Medicare plan, when I was about to start retirement. She did an excellent job educating us on what was available, what the pros and cons were, and on choosing the right plan. Then she went the extra mile to do all the paperwork for us to sign up for the Medicare supplimental insurance and for a prescription plan. And advised us to use my COBRA for Dental since it was the cheapest option, and then to come back to her to sign up for a separate dental plan once COBRA expires. I appreciated that she was very willing to answer questions before I retired and explain things, and then stepped us thru the process when I did retire. And she was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I am long overdue writing this review. I have been with Sackett Insurance for over 5 years and every time I contact them has been stellar. They respond to my communications so quickly and helped me get my tax forms and answer any questions I have. Everyone has been so helpful! I can't recommend this company more!

Mellissa was outstanding with information regarding Medicare supplements. She was such a great asset when navigating the jungle of so many supplemental plans. It can be very overwhelming trying to decide which plan works for you, she was very patient and thorougly answered the many questions we had going over the pros and cons of each plan we were looking at. She quickly responded to emails and calls and once we found our plan checked in which us periodically. I strongly suggest to use her services , you will find the best plans and outstanding service.
