Been a patron of Rosemary's Garden for years now. They have anything you need when it comes to alternative therapies and ayurvedic teas and remedies for many different types of ailments. I pretty consistently buy the smoking blend (which is a mix of what I consider to be nighttime teas) to smoke instead of smoking tobacco or cannabis. It's a great alternative blend in you're looking for something to help break a bad habit. The staff is always knowledgeable and quick to help. If you're not sure what you're looking for, feel free to ask. I'm sure they will be able to help you with any questions you may have. Also the tea blends and herbal mixes are great quality and they have a fantastic variety. Definitely the spot in Sebastopol for herbal remedies and alternative health options.

Inadequate Customer ServiceIt has been 2 weeks since I received my $150.00 order. My order consisted of multiple units of Panarom essential oils for my diffuser. GREAT products. Unfortunately, one of the units was the wrong oil. Every day, since my package arrived (2 weeks ago), I have had to leave multiple voicemails because their phone system doesn't allow you to connect with anyone. I also sent an email. Finally, a few days ago I got a reply. How ironic, no phone number attached in the email to get in contact with someone. I replied back to the email with the information they had requested and of course haven't heard back since. Also, what was NOT included in the package; a copy of my order and instructions on how to return a package. I understand times are tough and businesses are low staffed, however, 2 weeks and still struggling to get in contact with someone to fix an issue is unacceptable. Very disappointed!

This is by far my favorite place to buy herbs, hydrosols, teas, and body care. They have an amazing assortment of locally crafted herbal products, and have nearly every herb in bulk you could need. The tea blends are some of the best- I love the chai blend and the sleep blend! The staff is very well trained and friendly, and the owner is wonderful. I love Rosemary's Garden!!

IMO, every town should have an herb shop. A great place to get your loose herbs along with a variety of premixed blends that are good for everything from menstrual cramps to colds to sleeping well. Much more affordable to get these herb mixes from here than in a tea bag at safeway or whole foods. They have fresh stock and get their herbs from places that treat their employees well. The herbs being fresh is important when looking for the best medicinal properties. When you're able to buy the whole herb and grind yourself, you're going to get a much better end product. They also have other gift items and books. Worth a stop if you're in town!

I love Rosemary's ! They seem to have everything I need when I need it! The staff is very knowledgeable and much better than other places in town. It's reliable and there are many herbs, vitamins, supplements and even chocolate to choose from -and who couldn't use a little "healing" chocolate from time to time. I'm grateful they are there, and have been a long standing trust worthy source of information and products! Just go in and look around, even the gifts and cards are really well chosen.
