Terrible if you need to be anywhere on time. My checks where counted 5 times and my deposit was 1800$ short so she had to redo my deposit possibly making me late to 12pm flight out of sfo do yourself a favor and go to Santa Rosa.

Always very patient, professional; gave my mother a break on what would have been an early withdrawal penalty on a CD from which she needed to withdraw.

My sister is 80 plus yrs old she has come into RCU 3 times one time waiting a very long time to open an account. She was IGNORED my sister retired from being a teller. They never said can I help you hello NOTHING!this

Recently had to have my account changed due to possible fraud and went in to the branch take care of the details. Did not have an appointment, however, they were able to immediately assist me. Caz provided top-notch customer service and was equally impressive with her knowledge of the branch, loans, and RCU in general. . . Just wanted to thank her for making something that can be not so much fun so easy! Thanks lots!!! Reaffirms the reason that I have stayed with RCU for so long - keep up the good work!

I love Redwood Credit Union,& their excellent staff,& service.We have been members since very near their beginning.But……I just wish they would pick better locations with more parking,& a drive through at at least one of them would be great!-(.Being partially disabled,the drive through would be especially welcomed!)

I've been an RCU member for several decades. Super glad there's a branch near my home in Sebastopol; the folks there, like Emma, are always friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend RCU to everyone! Support the local community through your banking process.

Until now, I have been very happy with RCU - but yesterday the young man at the front door was quite dismissive, and frankly, a know-it-all. I wanted to cash in some US Savings Bonds, and he told me that RCU didn't do that, and that I needed to mail them in to the US Treasury. WRONG! So, I went to my other Credit Union, and they cashed them in for me, no problem. So, no thanks to RCU, I got my business done. Lesson here: don't believe everything you are told by a 20-something greeter at the front door.

The amount of time it takes to make batch deposits is consistently too long. There is no option to make a night deposit, and waiting in line takes forever. I want to like this bank because we switched about a year ago, but I am not impressed with the customer service at all.

Mr. Hazard~ I don't think you read my review, since you did not respond to the following issues: 1) The CDC did not tell credit unions that they were not to allow customers to do transfers between accounts. That was an RCU management decision, and was way more than the CDC required. 2) Referring to RCU's constantly changing coronavirus rules, the CDC did not tell credit unions not to put those rules on their websites, so that your depositors might have an idea of what to expect at their next visit. 3) You made no reference to RCU's ongoing inability to set up their ATMs so that I could transfer my funds between my two main accounts. The last time I tried to do this, I clicked on every account shown on one of your ATMs in order to find a balance that matched my money market, with no success (this was after three tries to get RCU to rectify this). In other words, that account was not accessible via your ATMs. 4) You did not address the lax security regarding the deposit box sitting next to the parking lot. All of this is leaving me with no idea of what the new rules being thrown at us, the 'members', are. Maybe the next time I show up, I'll be told that I'm not allowed access to my funds, period. Based on my experience at your branches in the past two months, this is a valid concern.

I changed over to RCU years ago when a lot of us voted against the big banks with our "feet". I've been very happy at RCU. You get to talk to real people in a reasonable amount of time. They really try to give good customer service and I feel they are always looking for ways to improve. One perk I love is when I need to go to an ATM, and I'm not close to a RCU ATM, they will credit back the fee for using a different bank. There is a limit of course on the number of times a month you can do this, but it's always more than enough for me.

This is by far my favorite RCU branch. I love the sweet teller Emma and the branch manager Stephen who is always there and ready to get the job done ✅. There is hardly ever a line. I just love the warm community atmosphere which is very uncommon for a banking institution nowadays.

Every time I come in here, everyone is super friendly, helpful and the facility is immaculate. They've been especially helpful after we lost our home in the Tubbs fire; offering realistic solutions to our particular financial needs, then going the extra mile to support us during the process of achieving these financial goals. I am consistently impressed by the staff and RCU's services.
