“Just went into the Sebastopol branch because of a problem with a check order. The teller reviewed my order, pinpointed the problem, gave me a revised ETA and offered to print out temp checks for me before I even had to ask. She was new, but knew all the steps to take. Stellar, friendly service from this branch, as always!”

With branch support I have also sent some complicated international wires for business and required support on various account matters that required next-day branch personnel follow up on my behalf. As my business accounts grew, I was handed off to a specialist but I thought my service at the branch level was always the best. From the branch manager, who always takes time to say hi, to tellers and account support folks, I have never had anything but great service. Although BofA is a huge company, my experience at this branch always feels like small-town friendliness and service.”
