A year after an injury left me barely able to walk for many months, I joined the 21-day program feeling like an absolute beginner. Two 21-day camps later, I joined as a member. I felt so supported and encouraged every step of the way! For example, today, Jen told me I looked like a street fighter, which is exactly what I'm going for as a mother of five in my forties. I can't thank Jen and Lori enough for the strength and healing I feel every morning before the sun is even up. Beautiful facility. Passionate, kind, and knowledgeable trainers. Inclusive, joyful, and grounded culture all around. Thank you

Best gym in Sebastopol! Range of classes from yoga, TRX, Pilates, circuit, bootcamp. Great community, instructors and fun challenges. AND a great juice and coffee bar for post workout!

Laura provided me with exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, personable, patient, helpful, and very professional. It was my first time here and she helped me find a very good juice called kale ale and helped me buy something called activated something which is good for teeth whitening, facials, and etc. It was my first time there and I will be definitely returning back. Thanks again. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. Bought two pressed beet juices. Wow! Has energy all day and it was delicious. Best of luck to this small business gem!

Probably some of the best cold pressed juice I have ever had. The Juice bar is inside the Inspired fitness gym. (It is also an awesome location that is owned by a gold medalist). I had the heart beet juice and my friend got the green envy smoothy. We both got something to eat.. the avocado toast and a Buddha bowl to go. Both were amazing. I also got this "snicker" bite that was made out of dates. It was incredible. The atmosphere was spotless and super fun. There was an exercise class going on in the gym that looked great too. You gotta check this place out. Super friendly staff.

In my middle aged ignorance I didn't even know this was a thing. The personal 1 on 1 training offered by Ms. Fujii has been nothing short of life changing, in every sense of the word. I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon Inspired Fitness. Do yourself a favor. You owe it to yourself. If not now, when?

In a nut shell, this is the gym I didn't know I need.the long version:At first, I was looking for a place to practice Yoga but Inspired Fitness offers WAYYY more than that.When I took a tour of the gym, it was impressive. Clean, spacious, has specialized equipment for different classes. overall, it makes me want to come back.At the time when I became a member, i lost my strength and discipline in a year when everything was shut down. The instructors at each class are motivating and encouraging. I also have a personal trainer, Anna, who would push me to do my best in each session. i've had personal trainers before but Anna is at another level.The owner, Jenn, would acknowledged each person by names, this create a sense of community and support. Feeling belonged to a community, regardless of its size, is a HUGE motivation for me to take care of myself everyday.this is a no frills, no BS type of gym. if you are serious about working out, please do yourself a favor and check it out.

Since joining Inspired Fitness two years ago, I've gotten into the best shape of my life. I've developed a regular yoga practice with Jenn and Gena, transformed my diet with the help of dietician Brenna, and have gained strength and better posture with Pilates instructor Leila. Their expansion into remote instruction during the pandemic has been seamless. Inspired Fitness is a true health club.

My wife and I have been going to Inspired Fitness for over two years. During Covid-19 Jenn, Kira and Gena have kept us going through fantastic Zoom classes where they do actual coaching on personal form for each member during the workout while doing much of the workout themselves!! Jenn Fuji and her team have done a great job keeping everyone engaged and inspired. Inspired Fitness is an athletic community that nourishes the body, mind and soul through challenging cardio workouts, yoga, restorative, pilates (floor and reformer), springboard, P90 and TRX. No showers, uninspired instructors, produce in the "health bar" that is not organic. Anything that is not organic is GMO and loaded with Glyphosate and Chlorpyrofos and if you don't think that is dangerous to your health then think again. Those two substances cause cancer and cancer is horrible, what is a health club doing offering pesticide laced food? The people are a bit phony and the classes are overcrowded and if you offer hot yoga with no showers then your just cheap and that is reality.

Today I took a Buti Yoga class here. The instructor Zan was very welcoming. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere - the buddhas, and festive white lights. There were four people in the class, and it felt very personal and intimate. I felt great after the body movement, and look forward to taking a class from her again in the future. Also, parking was easy at 8am for the 8:30am class.
