I've been getting my haircuts from Annette for years. I think she's great. My hair isn't super complicated, but it's not super simple either; it's very curly and, left to itself, tends to stick out in a sort of a big Doc Brown do. I know it's possible to do a bad job of cutting it because that's happened to me many times, but Annette always gets it perfect, so apparently she knows what she's doing.

I arrived 3 min late to just have Annette look at my hair to see about ordering color and she was rude and said she had me squeezed in between clients. 3 min! I said no, I will not be shamed when parking is hard to find and there is not grace for 3 min. I will spend my money elsewhere. Plenty of hair places.

Annette is lovely to talk with in her clean and colorful studio. My men’s cut grows out well as I get lazy between cuts. She is great with my son too, he enjoys getting his haircut now.

It's hard to give this a 3 because the lady is kind, quick and I was satisfied with my haircut but for $20 I expected a bit more. Now idk if I have to specifically say I want my sideburns cut and to be lined up all over but the problem is you should expect that to be done for $20 by default like how every other salon or barber has done to me. My haircut was good but overall felt unfinished like it wasn't given much time/effort. It was rushed with the mindset of "how can I finish this as fast as possible"
