Global Village is filled with a spiritual sophistication that adds quality to the shopping experience in Northern California, especially for travelers cruising through California and the Midwest travelers. We drove from the Midwest, Missouri, and I would bring my visitors to Global Village when they come in August to Global Village in Sebastopol first thing. The boutique is unique. Visitors must stop and see this beautiful shop. The experience is worth shopping at. My daughter was filled with joy at the unique atmosphere and presence of the shopping experience.

My husband and I have been in this store many times before when visiting Sebastopol. We have frequently made purchases here, including decor, clothing and jewelry. We have generally found the staff to be pleasant. Our visit yesterday, however, was underwhelming and disappointing. The two saleswomen made little attempt to interact with us or to make us feel welcome. We will probably think twice before making a return visit.

Super kind and wonderful people, amazing deals and value, handcrafted works of art, amazing selection, and that earthy grounded feeling you get when you walk into a shop that just resonates with your soul. My home is starting to reflect my regular visits to this place and I love it. If you're in downtown sebastopol, you have to stop here. <3

One of our favorite local gift shops. I've been shopping here close to two decades. The gift selection is one of the most diverse I've seen. Jewelry, clothing, trinkets, unique and beautiful gifts for every occasion. Whatever gift your looking for this is the place to go. One year I needed a gift for family and they were closing but when they heard the story they let me in to shop. It touched my heart so deeply that I shop here as often as I can. The owners are such lovely and kind folk as well as their staff. I like to support locals. But they make it so easy it's a no brainer. It's worth driving to Sebastopol. Check out this place and share your experience. Beautiful people. Beautiful shop. Btw, they expanded. You really need to see the new place. It's wonderful.

What a cool store! They have some truly beautiful products from around the world! My favorite item is the crystals on a string! I have a row in one of my windsills so about once a day I get a beautiful display of rainbows when the light hits them. They have a friendly staff who are always very nice when I go in. I am also a fun of their little kids section. So many cute options for little ones!

What a cool store! They have some truly beautiful products from around the world! My favorite item is the crystals on a string! I have a row in one of my windsills so about once a day I get a beautiful display of rainbows when the light hits them. They have a friendly staff who are always very nice when I go in. Went in today, and had a great experience. I'll be honest, I was feeling a little low today, you know? We all have those days where we're just trekking through. I had my fussy baby in the stroller and we clumsily strolled through the store. The store smells great. The ambiance is peaceful, the music playlist was a great choice as well. The atmosphere was perfect. Plus- who doesn't love to shop locally? My spirits were lifted shortly after Alice greeted me with her warm smile and genuinely present energy. She went above and beyond to help me, I told her I was looking for a purse, and she collected all the purses in the store that fit the description of my ideal bag, and displayed them along her arms cheerfully. She also encouraged me to look at similar style coin purses and bags, and I left with a little more than I expected to- which I don't mind at all. To top her quality service off, she brought over a fun distraction for my fussy girl, and there was peace in the store again. Ha!! Thank you! Long review, but you had to know!!
