“I used to work at Sally's part time right next door to GameStop, while working somewhere else with card grading and I was addicted to going into the store every 15 minute break I had last year. The staff is always very friendly, beyond kind and helpful. if I received anything broken or damaged they'd always ask if I'd like an exchange or call another store to see if it was in stock there if they didn't have it. (Delivery people really bang things up sometimes like figures that are loose in packaging.) They're genuinely nice people who work there. I'm bad at names but I believe one of the managers is a absolute delight among everyone else I've met who works there over the past year of shopping with them and I love seeing them. Great customer service and kind people :) never not willing to check the back if something you want isn't on the floor for you! Collected most of my plushies there but had to move them recently luckily they have hangers. 10/10 customer service and always has a lot of items in stock. Highly recommend. :)So far all my electronics I've bought at their store over a year ago is still in great condition and function :)”

“I found what I wanted easily and my check out experience was fairly quick and easy. All personnel that I encountered were very courteous and friendly.I couldn’t figure out the target circle app for making a shopping list though. I wasn’t able to put in quantities of each product. I’m sure if I had taken enough time, I would’ve been able work it out.”

“My husband and I came to this location to purchase the new iPhone 15 since the Costco kiosk didn't have a supply of phones on hand. Let me just tell you, out of all T-Mobile locations we have gone to throughout several years, this one has the most incredible customer service by far. The three staff members working were Julio, Manny & Robert. Each individual was kind, welcoming, understanding and so so helpful. Julio was the one assisting us and he set everything up for us which was the most stress free experience. He had good spirit and was smiling and genuinely happy to be of assistance during our entire service. He even answered all of our questions with clear communication in response to which Manny also gave us great answers and feedback to as well. They presented themselves with hospitality that is hard to come by in the customer service world nowadays. They definitely need some positive recognition through the company or some type of reward to encourage them to keep up the great work. Thank you guys! This will definitely be our primary store now, it's worth the 30 minute drive.”

“Garcia’s is great I shopped around for quotes for stereo & speakers installed all the shops wanted to charge by the hour averaging around $135 an hour estimating time 3-4 hours so prices varied from $270-$640 all the shops except Garcia’s charge way to muchGarcia’s quoted me $197 including labor & partsI went with Garcia’s & had a next day appointmentTech said would be around an hour & half & it didn’t even take an hour & I paid less than they quotedI am a customer for life & will recommend only Garcias to all of my friends”
“Good store, went to upgrade phone and there was a line but the wait was overall short - they seem to know what they are doing and were very helpful with my upgrade - even gave me some advice on which phone and line was best for us. I’ll keep this store in mind next time I have to upgrade or get my phone fixed.”

Both my cell phone experiences have been great with very knowledgeable sales staff that helped me choose the right cell phone for how I use it.”
“The service of the Target was standard as in there was a lot of self checkouts and checkout lanes. I choose to use self checkout although either lane works. The selection was slightly outdated as the toys were from a couple months ago and the cds some were from years ago. Although considering the history of the mall the products probably had a difficult time being sold. Although considering safety I believe the area was very sketchy. The value I did get a nice movie for $10. Alongside some cosmetic and household items.”
“I have the long tachyonized wristbands and many kids at daycare have come to ask me what they are and what they do. They seem very curious! “The store itself was easy enough to find, plenty of parking, the designer of the parking lot should be drug tested constantly. The store was clean, and well stocked. The ladies that worked there, were very nice, knowledgeable, very patient and were genuinely helpful unlike most stores these days seem to be.
I was not shopping for a phone, only accessories for my phone earbuds ,charger for home and car. The reason I only did 4 stars is the prices are up”

“Conveniently located on the corner of Kawana Springs Road and Santa Rosa Avenue in the same shopping strip as Sports Basement, Marshall's, Pet Smart and more (Trader Joes is in the same parking lot/complex). If you're looking for all of the big-box stores, they're here.I'm torn. 4 stars for a bright, clean, and well-stocked store with lots of options. 3 stars for limited check-out aisles and long lines on a busy Sunday. Assuming they were understaffed - it happens, just hope that's not the norm. They did have an employee staffing their very busy self-check line, so that was helpful.This store has a large home section of Studio McGee and Magnolia products (a more open and pleasing layout than in the Coddingtown Santa Rosa location), a grocery section, and all of the other typical sections. I shop the perimeter: home, toiletries, snacks. Found everything I needed including clothing and dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toilet paper, Hippeas, and more. The prices are generally better than I find at my local Safeway so it's worth the visit to stock up on supplies.”

“Need a basic not crap phone or very inexpensive tablet w service? iPhones too!!! I'm signaling out this specific store for going the fill distance involving a Government discount. I've read w some competition, I'd have been talking up a wall! Metro handled this situation w kid gloves and utmost professionalism, I'd like to Compliment Jeff the Mgr and his assistant Marco , especially. My situation, took a "detective ", to resolve and saved me 300 dollars every year forward. I'm probably the longest standing Metro customer in Sonoma County having been w them 20 yrs from a small company in Florida when they were only in the South! Thanks for being loyal to your long standing customer! It's a important issue in today's business climate.”
