“I loved how big this store was compared to the big lots in Santa Rosa. Everything was easy to find. Some sections needed some tidying but nothing to outrageous. All the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of one lady. I would probably chalk that up to it being close to closing time. Will definitely be returning soon.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of items, lots of gift and celebration essentials + helium foil balloons. Inexpensive house wares like broom ($1.25) + broom handle (1.25). Sweeps just as clean as natl brands at 10x the cost.”

“I normally go to a different dollar tree closer to my house. My first visit to this location. Plenty of parking, a great selection, and super-friendly employees. The best part is how fast and friendly the cashier was. Oh and the store is very well organized and clean!”

“Its gr8 if you have the time and the willingness to settle for the next best thing.. there inventory changes so often its not the place go if you have Specific brand requirements.. However the plus is a lot of the stuff is at Dicounted prices. Lastly a misconception that i had for yrs was that the stuff was out of sell by date. There is some stuff that might be close but NOT PAST SELL BY DATE!! on a budget and or not brand Specific.”

“This store is located at the busiest intersection in Rohnert Park, next to Hwy101 but it doesn't get too many customers because it's tucked away behind "Jack in the box", and only visible from a narrow angle. It is a large store, well organized, and one of the cleanest Dollartree stores I've seen. Here I found an item I've been looking in half dozen other Dollartree stores.”

“This store is always stocked. Alot of shoes for man. It's mostly very organized. The store has two exits with cashiers on both sides, one in the back and one in the front. Customer service is great as well.”

“Out of stock in all silverware except forks, had to replace mine when I realized my 2 year old had been throwing then in the trash every opportunity he got.... They do have a good supply of simple stocking stuffers for Christmas though and you can't feel too guilty when a week later all the pieces are are missing ?”

“I don't usually shop at Big Lots but decided to visit. Friendly employees and the store were decently stocked. Great selection on candy, and the pricing was fair. Left with a couple of bags of candy for the commute home.”

“I always wish they were cleaner and the trap inside the front door doesn't add to the we're super clean idea. It's to be expected with the foot traffic and broken food items but it's annoying a few make more work and less comfort for the majority. Each location carries different product so don't feel bad shopping around if you're looking for something. They aren't link, last I asked, so they can't check if an item is in another location.Overall, great place for small items that tend to be disposable or snack foods.”

“I went on a Friday,it was dollar day. My first time there ever. It was a bit of mayhem, because I bought a Pass and was number 1. But I had to work,so a lot of the good stuff was gone. But I bought 40.00 worth of keto food. Things that are so expensive in the stores you can't buy them in bulk really. ALSO NOTE: THEY DO NOT HAVE BAGS,BRING EXTRA LARGE RECYCLING BAGS FOR YOUR ITEMS. Checkout was amazingly fast. Separate your food items from your general items,it helps them check you out faster. They accept cash and debit cards. Tuesday, first thing in the morning is the time to go. They restock on Sun and Mon,reopen Tues with all new inventory! This place is a blast. Kinda mayhem when there's a lot of folks in there,it's like Black Friday every Tuesday.”

“Got some great party items for the kids. Plates, cutlery, cups napkins, and made gift bags for 20 kids all under 40.. I was impressed and everyone thought I spent way too much for the fancy stuff.. I didn't bother telling them I didn't spend much at all”
