Leaving a 5-star review for David based on his responses on Yelp to 1-star reviews. He is a savage and great at roasting people. I've never bought anything here, but his responses make me want to visit. David, if you're reading this, I need to get my husband's ring re-sized.

I purchased some beautiful earrings from David Allen and he made both pairs. They are gorgeous stones, masterfully crafted designs. I really like David’s jewelry, he is an honest good guy. I also really enjoyed talking with David, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable.

David Allen is a top notch designer and jeweler. He made a custom engagement ring for my now fiancée that is absolutely amazing. She gets complements on the ring from everyone she shows it to. I knew nothing about diamonds coming into the shop and David took his time to teach me all about them and help me make the right decision based on my needs. After we chose the stone to use, he designed a one of a kind setting that is so unique and detailed you would never get something like this from a normal jeweler.

I cannot attest to the jewelry or artisanship of this place, but I was mistreated by the man when I inquired about having my silver band plated in platinum. This man berated my silver ring, asked me so many personal questions, said very condescending things about my jewelry. (I was wearing my since replaced diamond platinum set. He was just so rude, asking me how long I'd been married, why didn't I go there? It was SO inappropriate. I kept trying to steer the conversation back to my ring and whether he could help me. I bought my diamond wedding ring on Etsy, which he seemed very displeased about, and he said a lot of unkind things. I was so bewildered and upset after the interaction. Do business owners have the right to ask personal questions like how long I have been married and where I got my other jewelry? It felt so intrusive and judgmental. I just wanted to know about a service, but I think he though I was too "poor" or something? The whole thing felt so gross and inappropriate. I wouldn't go here.

Had a great experience getting Rings made up with David for my wedding. Super friendly and helpful guy with obvious years of expertise. He repaired and upgraded my Grandmothers old ring to perfection and made me a beautiful gold band. 10/10!

He fused my wedding and engagement band and we bought my husbands ring there. David is a super nice guy and helped us find the perfect ring. Also as the prices of everything including gold has been going up, he did not raise his price of gold, he has kept his original pricing. He cares about his customers and it shows.

I did my research and finally landed in this gem location. David is a true ARTIST and a fine gentleman. I'm lucky to have come across this shop. David and I designed my fiancée's ring and was so excited to see what it would look like. After he worked on the mold, I went back in and wanted to tweak something else to fit my fiancée's liking. This man went above and beyond to cater to my needs. What a beautiful masterpiece David created for us. I found him to be highly knowledgeable, respectful and very professional. Thank you! I'm looking forward to returning soon to finish this creation with the wedding band piece. You rock!!!

Loved talking to David, and ended up purchasing our engagement ring from him! He is very knowledgeable and has an amazing selection of colored stones. He is very passionate about his craft, but don’t be surprised if he doesn’t want to size your finger for free for you to go buy a ring on Pinterest. Give him respect and you’ll have a fantastic experience.

As many others have said, the owner is a nutjob who has a major chip on his shoulder. Rude, abrasive, and condescending. Cursed me out of his store when I told him he was being impolite to my fiancee and myself.

David is very talented, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and know what he's doing. I had a beautiful ring custom made in Maui resized with him. The ring had line where they originally resized it. By the time David was done with it, it was a whole new ring. Even more gorgeous than when I first brought it in. I also bought a cute pair of small diamond earrings, which turned out be a great buy. My husband had a custom ring made from David. I am so jealous. One of the most beautiful I've ever seen. This is 14k gold ring is out of this world. Diamonds and an Ethiopian fire opal from his personal collection. I am looking forward to finding the perfect 3 carat stone. It is apparent that David is confident in his work. We trust David and glad he is our local jeweler.

I completely agree with the negative reviews. The owner is arrogant, condescending and downright rude. I went to get my brand new wedding ring re-sized. He asked where my husband purchased it and then put me down and told me my husband was not very "thoughtful." He caught me off guard, and made me feel terrible at a very happy time in my life. I couldn't believe he spoke to me like that. I get a stomach ache every time I drive by that place.
